    We enjoyed our stay in this great location. It was nice to be close to the pool along with a short distance to walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked well. Plenty of space to spread out and also nice spaces to gather.

    Family Vacay

    This house was amazing and very convenient location. The beach was a 4 minute walk from doorway to the end of the public entrance. They had so many things for guest to use: beach chairs, toys, wagons etc. Games and books for my grandchildren were a HUGE bonus. Grocery store super close. We just had such a wonderful time.

    Very clean, everything updated, and great location. Tons of space and really enjoyed the 4 story concept. Elevator was a plus. Close enough to the beach to easily walk. Would stay again.

    Great beach spot!

    Very close to the beach and the beach was not crowded at all! The house was well appointed and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The elevator was very helpful in getting groceries in, and we appreciated the beach gear/towels that were available. Very happy with our vacation and would come back again!

    Great place to stay

    This is a great place to stay. Right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is even chairs, umbrellas, wagon for the beach. Highly recommend.

    Lovely

    We stayed at this location with our best friends and their children. With 4 adults and 4 children we had plenty of room and privacy. We had the pool to ourselves every single day, and the location to the beach was incredible. Highly recommend this location.

    Snowbird Trip

    Spent the month of February at this condo to escape the cold weather at home. The condo was great and just as described, loved the location being so close to beach access. The elevator came in handy for groceries and my husband is disabled and unable to do stairs.

    Very relaxing!

    The location was awesome, close to the grocery store, Restaurants, Rosemary beach and even an easy drive to Seaside and Destin. We loved how everything was organized and available for us. Thank you for the use of the beach wagon and chairs. We grilled out the first night and really enjoyed that as well. The check in and out process was a breeze.

    Great beach getaway

    Location was perfect for beach time. Minutes walk to beach access 93 & 94. It was more of a drive for food and shopping due to distance and temp. Property was really nice, well kept, clean, decorated very cute, with plenty of beach toys and outside shower available. Close to pool. Elevator was a definite plus when checking in and grocery shopping. Upper floors had a bit of an air conditioning challenge for our stay. Parking is very tricky if you have a pick up truck. Suited for cars or smaller SUV’s.

    Great place for families!! We had an issue with the access code but management answered right away and was able to help us within a few minutes. Kitchen was fully loaded of everything we needed for making meals! 4 min walk to beach was amazing! We will be back! The only minor requests

    Beautiful, peaceful, convenient. Elevator was very helpful. Had almost everything, even beach stuff. Be sareful of signs in the property. Checkout infomation does not match what is s3nt to you. Assume earliest checkout time.

    Great place!

    This place allowed us to have a wonderful vacation! We came as two families from MO with four kids aged 10-17. The house was beautifully decorated and the location was great! The house was stocked well with the items that we needed and it was great to have a beach wagon and toys that we didn't need to bring with us. The plumbing in the whole house likely needs some work, but no serious complaints from us. The cold water wasn't cold at all, one of the sinks didn't drain and several of the faucets leaked or sprayed in strange directions. Nothing that was a deal breaker. The beach access was super close and the beach was not busy at all - almost like having a private beach. The water and the weather was absolutely amazing. We would 100% stay here again because we loved just about everything about this vacation!

    Best Beach Week Ever!

    This condo set the stage for a perfect beach vacation for my partner and I, our 4 teen kids, and their 2 friends. The proximity to the beach was amazing--a very short walk to a non-busy, gorgeous part of Sunnyside beach. And the condo provided ample beach supplies including a wagon, chairs, umbrellas, boards and all kinds of fun things for our use. However, I would recommend bringing more beach towels as only 3 were available for our use at the time, but otherwise, everything else was very sufficient. The condo itself had everything we needed to cook dinners, it was comfortable, clean, pretty, and peaceful with plenty of space for our large crowd of teen kids. My only constructive criticism is that even though the property disclosed that parking would be tight, it was even tighter than expected! The driveway near our condo had HUGE rocks in the lawn behind it that made backing out of our driveway extremely difficult every time--even for our daughter's teeny tiny Toyota Scion which managed to bump into these big rocks at one point! I think the property would benefit from moving these rocks and extending the drives by a foot or so with a decorative gravel border, because let's be honest-- everyone traveling on family vacation is taking a big SUV or multiple cars, and we could fit them into the driveways easier with a bit more turning room. But even a dinged bumper couldn't detract from the wonderful time we had at this condo and I would happily stay here again!

    House is good, rental company is not

    Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in the house with our kids and our friends + their kids. The house accommodated all of us and it was great having the elevator since the kitchen was on the 3rd floor. It was a short walk to the beach - easy enough to come back for more snacks when we were on the beach all day. The pool was nice to use too and it was right by the house. Parking was extremely tight but we fit two minivans in the parking spots. The kitchen was very small - barely enough space for two people to be in there at a time and very limited space for food storage. Our main issues (and they are barely issues as it didn’t really impact our stay) was the front of the house was being fixed and there was scaffolding out front (not a big deal) but the construction workers were out there a few days and one morning I opened the balcony door and found a guy right there working on the house. They played music loud and smoked - right on the balcony. Then the rental company called multiple times to tell us some person needed to come in the house to fix or install something. But again it didn’t really affect our stay bc we didn’t have to be there but it was a slight inconvenience. The gate (for cars) was opened the first half of the week and then someone fixed it but we never got the code for the gate. So we had to call to get that while stuck on the outside. I don’t know if we’d stay again mainly bc the kitchen was so tiny and that was a constant issue.
