We had a wonderful time, however, the condo was very dirty. Shower and bath tub did not look like they had been cleaned. The sand on the floors was crazy. We called to report and got no response. The broom in the unit was useless, so we had to go buy one. Our feet were filthy after walking on the floors. No way they have been mopped. You may want to considering a new cleaning crew. The furniture on the deck is rusty and has sharp edges. Not very safe. The lounge chair on the deck is broken and worn out. The furniture inside the condo was not up to par. One chair was broken. The bunk room bunk beds were pieced together with zip ties. No way that is safe. While sitting on the deck one morning urine started falling down onto our deck from the deck above us. It was a dog using the bathroom. We called to ask someone to clean it and nothing was done. I felt like I cleaned the whole place so we could enjoy our stay. I would like to be compensated for that. We paid a lot of money for our stay to have had to clean the place upon arrival. The TVs did not work with the boxes that were attached to them. Looking forward to your reply. Mark Smith

Condo was well maintained and nicely decorated but had no cleaning supplies in the kitchen (dish soap, sponge, paper towels, etc) and I went to do laundry and there was no laundry detergent. I've stayed in about 6 vrbos in the last year and those supplies have been in all of them except this one.

We enjoyed our stay. The view was fabulous!!! Easy beach access. We loved how close we were to a lot of places. The bar by the pool and beach was fantastic. We loved hanging out by the pool. The only thing was when we walked into our place there was a very strong fish smell, when we went to the store to get groceries and grabbed some candles there too.Other than that it was a very pleasant week!!

The VRBO was in a great location just a short walk to the beach and pier park. The pool was lovely and very free people when we were there. We had a group of 7 and we had plenty of room and accommodations. My only request is they they was a better broom so we could clean up better with all of the sand. It was our first visit to the area and I would definitely do this room/property next time.

Check-in was super easy Wi-Fi access was also super easy. The condo overall was a bit smaller than I thought it was going to be however it was still adequate for a family of eight. The kitchen seem to have all of the utensils and pots and pans that we needed to cook. I will see being right next to pier Park was troublesome. The traffic was crazy. The parking was ridiculous. There were times when we drove around several times just trying to find somewhere to park. The pool was great. The access to the beach was great. I would definitely give it a nine out of 10 just for future reference the kitchen table chairs need to be cleaned…And I don’t think it says anywhere in the description that it’s not on the beach. It is across the street. I’m not sure if I missed that in the description or if it doesn’t say.

Great location

This was a great unit. Easy moving around the property being on the third floor. Not only to assess the elevators but the parking garage too. Super easy to walk to Pier Park.

Excellent short stay

Calypso tower 3 and excellent communication with easy check in. 2 night stay and all appliances worked, all amenities downstairs (pool/hottub/fireplace) worked. Will shop for this room number in our next trip to PCB.

Great time

Location of this condo was perfect. Still had a great view of ocean but not all the busyness of tower 1&2. The pool in my opinion was better than tower 1&2. The food hub was convenient and food was good. The walk to beach was easy. The walkway was air conditioned. Makes it nice on a hot day. Staff was always friendly.

My vacation

I brought my daughter on vacation with me, she is in a wheelchair. The pool was beautiful but is not accessible. It was heart breaking when she thought she could get in the pool and realized she couldn’t get in it. It ruined the vacation for all of us.
