244 Winston ln features 4 storys, 3 levels of living space, plus the first floor foyer, a carport with 2 spaces, and 2 uncovered reserved spaces.

2nd Floor: Open Living, Kitchen, Dining. 2 Balconies with views of the gulf, breakfast bar with seating for four, and a half bathroom.

3rd Floor: Bedroom #1, Queen Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private balcony.
