Very dissent place to spend couple of nights in Pamukkale, with travertine and hot air balloon flights view, home made breakfast, and very friendly stuff. All entertainment you can order right in the hotel.

Super clean hotel with amazing service.

Aspawa hotel in Pamukkule is an outstanding budget hotel. It’s spic and span clean and has good water pressure hot and cold. The bed is comfortable and the room I stayed in is very quiet. The hotel is family run and the owner and his family are very kind. The owner, Hussein especially takes care of his guests as family. He drove me to the South Gate of Pamukkule at 6:30 AM at my request. I was late in getting back to the hotel and was about to miss my train to Izmir and he waited for the Dormis bus with me(it stops in front of the hotel) and told the driver to take me to the train station. If he hadn’t done that I would have gone to the bus station and missed my train. As it was I made it with few minutes to spare. He really cares for the comfort of his guests.

A wonderful stay

Just one day stay the room and the bath are cleans the beds confortable, the food tasty and the owner very helpful, i recomand 100%, from the otogar of Denizli we took a dolmoch 35 lira, he put us in front of the hotel.

Très bien

Parfait pour 1-2 nuits. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse incroyable. Le lit est confortable et les repas sont excellents. Par contre il n'y a pas d'insonorisation et la salle de bain est vieillotte. La pression d'eau n'est pas très forte et il y a souvent des odeurs de cigarettes. Hôtel très bien malgré tout.

The service at this hotel was less then lackluster. The management was aggressive, & proceeded to change our plans for the next day. We were “ told” to be downstairs at 9:40 for a shuttle to sites, & markets. We were trying to explain that our itinerary was set up, & we were on a schedule, as we explore on our own. That was apparently not acceptable. The noise level until 1 am was sleep depriving. However, as I attempted to get coffee at 6:30 am, as we were told the common area was 24 hour hmmm. The cup was taken from me, & I was told to come back at breakfast ( 8am ) because the other guests needed their sleep, uh, ok. So we packed up, & just left at 6:30 am. Absolutely no food in rooms, no refrigerator ( but they sold snacks, drinks, & trinkets in the common area) if caught with food, or using laundry, you will be charged for an extra day. The manger seemed very put out that we did not change our itinerary to suit theirs, which I found uncomfortable.

Perfect stay!

For the price it was amazing. Don't expect an amazing resort but you will get great hosts and amazing beds and perfect location close to restaurants and bars and of course the main attraction...the travertines!

Lovely family run hotel with complimentary drop off at the top gate of Pamukkhale. We were a family of 4 in a rooms with 3 beds a roll out bed so room was very cramped.

Perfect family run hotel with amazing service

Family run hotel . very friendly and English speaking and made us comfortable from the first minute . good home made food which we really enjoyed. Friendly ans helpful

This place is family run, with the son, Pawa, acts as sort of manager, the father, who is sort of fill in the gaps, the mom is in charge of the kitchen. She also runs the hotel restaurant providing great meals with reasonable cost. Friendly service, good food, clean place, able to meet all requests, can't ask for more!
