Very impressive hotel , just a stop over on the way to Spain Excellent rooms ,easy to find just off motorway , friendly staff great value for money Only negative is the restaurant does not open until 9 .00 pm which is inconvenient After a long drive and an early start. However they do an excellent room service from 9.00 pm which was excellent and great value A great hotel
We were lucky enough to find a room here, since we didn't book. The season was high. We didn't expect much for 90 EUR/night, but the hotel was really good and we totally enjoyed our stay. The food is delicious and not expensive, compared to France. The service is also good. The rooms are very comfortable. Parking is large and for free.
We stayed here (4 of us) during a road trip of Northern Spain for 1 night to visit Pamplona. The welcome from the staff was fabulous - without asking we were given guide books and maps and everything explained about where to go etc. The rooms although not massive were clean, lovely linen and towels - and great for the price. We took taxis into and out of Pamplona for less than 8 euros . Decided to eat in the restaurant which didn't open till 9. Had menu del dia at 24 euros. Good food and service excellent. Not sure why restaurant doesn't open till 9 as lots of negative comments about this n TP. When we went , although hotel full, only us plus another 3 tables eating . Would have thought if opened earlier would have got more customers. We felt breakfast at 9.90 a little steep , particularly as we don't eat much so went into cafeteria instead. Paid under 16 euros for the 4 of us. Had 2 orange juices, 4 coffees, 2 tostado and 2 tortillas all of which were brilliant. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
We stayed for just 1night on route for S Spain. Hotel is very comfortable and clean. My only criticism is that the restaurant does not open until 2100. This is mitigated by the presence of a tapas bar.
Location of hotel is so convenient for industrial areas. It has pretty good restaurant. Size of the room was small. A vendor machine just front of my room makes noise during the night. Walls between rooms so thin so that every talks can be disturbing.
The hotel was quite modern and very comfortable with a very good choice at breakfast, it was ideal for our needs, there was free outside parking or an indoor garage for which you paid a fee. Unfortunately the night we stayed the restaurant was closed :-(. There was a bar which sold food but due to a miscommunication we struggled to get food. The café was closed, but opened at 9pm
Stayed on business trip, the hotel is surrounded by industrial units and is used by a lot of visitors to these sites. Hotel facilities reflect this the rooms are clean and well kept as is the rest of the hotel. Pamplona centre is 10-15 mins by car away and the local busses pass by outside. If staying on business or a budget well worth a visit. If on holiday Visiting Pamplona I would suggest closer to town.
Friendly welcome, secure underground garage parking, great restaurant also popular with local people, friendly helpful staff, outstanding value. Room functional but very clean, air con and bath and good shower. Would recommend and will stay again. Just read review by Jerry N saying 2 star at best - how many 4 star hotels charge €62 a night - what a laugh! As it happens the service, facilities, really good restaurant, parking and price all equate to outstanding value. Without doubt - 5 star service at 2 star prices!
Booked by recommendation. No disappointments, easy to find and close to A23. Receptionist friendly, spoke English and professionally explained various facilities. Bar was inviting with same friendliness and prices were more than acceptable. Dined in Restaurant and glad we did. Food was of high quality and cooked to perfection, recommended bottle of wine excellent and inexpensive. Large car-park, wi-fi free and superb breakfast with multitude of offerings. All in all, quality 4 Star establishment.
Decided on the Andia mainly for the price rather than location. Yes as other visitors have said its in an industrial area but the hotels very nice, and wouldn't be out of place in a big town setting. reception very welcoming, spoke good English and gave us loads of info on Pamplona and where to visit. Bus runs outside of hotel half hourly into the town until late evening, last bus back 10.35pm. Room really nice. We had rm 311, a deluxe attic room, spotlessly clean, simply decorated but a good size and a great bathroom (enjoyed the whirlpool bath after a long day travelling) I'm curious about other reviews saying nothing around hotel just factories. They obviously didn't bother crossing the road and wandering into the 'village' I could be totally wrong but I get the impression this is a purpose built town to meet the needs of the industry near by but it's vibrant and busy if you bother looking. Prob 3/4 little cafes, pharmacies, banks x2, vets, hairdresser and lots of families enjoying the evening sun. We decided to eat at one of the cafes rather than the hotel. Basic menu we decided on a burger and patatas alioli but good price, and nice food. hotel menu looks nice but they don't serve until 9pm in the main restaurant. We are not having breakfast in hotel, we'll enjoy coffee and pastries at one of the cafes 😊
