Very nice stay in the location. You can easily walk to the beach and store bikes and SUPs in the garage. Communication was perfect and very reactive. Clima control very new and silent mode works well.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons eu la chance de passer 4 semaines dans l'appartement de Montserrat. La localisation dans Pals est parfaite, au calme et à 2 pas de la plage et commerce. Montserrat a été très réactive sur nos échanges pendant le séjour et toujours prête a rendre service. Les 2 terrasses sont vraiment agréable. Et vue mer depuis une des chambres!

Ha sido un alojamiento muy bueno. Pese a haber tenido un pequeño problema, los propietarios tuvieron una reacción rápida y eficaz. El apartamento está en una zona muy tranquila y a 8/10 minutos a pie de la playa. Totalmente recomendable.

Tolles Haus, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Haus war für uns (4 Personen) optimal. Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Supermarkt, Restaurant und Strand ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich und die Antwort kann in kürze. Uns hat es in Platja de Pals und Umgebung sehr gut gefallen.

Das Ferienhaus entsprach allen Beschreibungen und die kurzen Wege zum Strand sind unbezahlbar!

Wir haben uns wie auch schon vor 2 Jahren im identischen Nachbarhaus hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und alles was eine normale durchschnittliche Familie im Ferienhaus benötigt ist vorhanden. Einzig die Küchenausstattung könnte mal etwas überholt werden, da sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die zwei Terrassen und auch die Großzügigkeit des Hauses bieten viel Platz für die Familie. Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Teen`s, ja sie waren mit der Qualität des W-LAN`s zufrieden ;-) hier Urlaub gemacht. In 5 Minuten ist man zum Strand gelaufen. Die große kühle Garage für das Auto und für alle unsere Strandutensilien kann man nur empfehlen. Leider gab es dieses Jahr im oberen Badezimmer nur ein Armeisenproblem, was sich aber mit einer aufgestellten Falle etwas eindämmen lies. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und via Whatsapp immer zu erreichen. Wir hatten wieder mal einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Platja de Pals.

A nice property in a good position spoilt by uncleanliness and missing a usable BBQ

This is a nice house in a very good location. We had good communictions with the owner prior to arrival and all seemed positive. Unfortunately, a more in depth inspection after the check in process revealed initially that clearly a dog had been amongst the previous occupiers and evidence of dog hairs were everywhere - the lounge upholstery, bed covers, kitchen trays, bases of lampstands etc, The arms of the chairs were tacky. We had to set to and clean these hairs off without the benfit of a vacuum cleaner. One of the showers had a broken wall mounted shower head holder which meant having to hold the shower in use there were human hairs on the sheets and bedding. The extractor fan in the windowless bathroom did not work. Most annoying of all was that the built in BBQ was filthy and unusable because the base to centre the charcoal was missing. This was particularly disappointing as we had chosen the house amongst many others because we intended to be self catering and BBQ each evening, This was now impossible. We reported these issues to the owner who was very apologetic face to face. However, when we asked for a refund of our cleaning fee as we had left the property cleaner than we found it and had spent a lot of time cleaning during our stay, it was refused. We felt that cleanliness in a rental holiday home is a first requirement and clearly the owner did not agree. The mention of the BBQ available which so attracted us to choose this property was a inaccurate description as it was completely unusable. Overall very disappointing, when there was much else that was good about this property.

Belle maison de vacances

La maison est très agréable, spacieuse pour 6 personnes, la terrasse qui donne sur la rue est grande et ombragée le midi, ce qui est très appréciable.Elle est aussi bien située,par rapport à la plage et aux commerces..Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques..A recommander pour 6 personnes(mais pas pour 7 comme l'indique l'annonce)

Erholsame Tage in Platja de Pals

Das Apartment ist geräumig, hat eine schöne Lage und ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette Besitzer, Schlüsselübergabe und -rückgabe haben problemlos geklappt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und würden jeder Zeit wieder hinfahren :-).
