House for rent in Pals, with spectacular views of the sea and a private pool perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. With capacity for 9 people, it is an ideal house for families or groups of friends who want to spend a unique vacation in Pals.
The private pool area is divided into a terraced area with a chill-out and an area with artificial grass where there are four outdoor armchairs for sunbathing.
Casa Verdi is located in the Mas Tomasí area, a quiet and geographically elevated residential area, so the house offers incredible views of the sea and the Natural Park of the Medes Islands and Montgrí. The house is divided in two floors. The upper floor welcomes us with an outdoor terrace that has an awning, upon entering the house the dining room, with a chill-out area and incredible views. The windows can be opened so even inside, you can enjoy the outdoors just by opening the door and windows. The dining room communicates with the kitchen, which is independent, and also with the living room, which is equipped with an air conditioner. On this floor we find two double bedrooms with wardrobes (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a complete bathroom with a bathtub. In the lower part, which is at the pool level, there is a second living room and the remaining three bedrooms. One with a double bed, the second with two single beds and the third with a single bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a small laundry room. To access the house you have to go down a long staircase.
The house has Wi-Fi connection and is equipped with everything you need to make your vacation perfect. In addition, the pool is salt water... what more could you ask for? It also has a portable barbecue for you to prepare delicious meals with your family.
