We had an amazing stay at Samaratina. Communication before our stay was excellent and the reception staff were amazing. The apartment itself was perfect and had all the equipment we needed. We loved the roof terrace too! They let us leave our bags on check in and check out day and arranged a suprise bottle of cava and chocs for my birthday! 10/10. Couldn’t recommend enough.

A lovely spacious suite, comfortable and beautifully decorated in the ideal location to enjoy the historic centre of Palma. The welcome we received on check in from Lorena was warm and efficient and she took time to share her personal recommendations to ensure we got the most from our visit. Highly Recommended.

We loved our stay at Samaritana Suites, we had a studio which was perfect for two of us. The studio was well designed, decorated and equipped. It was serviced everyday so we felt as though we were in a hotel room with the added benefit of a lounge, dining area and kitchen. The building was very central but tucked away and a little difficult to find, that is part of its charm. Our flight was delayed so we arrived in the early hours of the morning, we were pleased we took up the offer of a transfer arranged by the team at Samaritana Suites. When we arrived, the night manager from the sister hotel appeared to greet us so I needn’t have worried about an unmanned reception desk. We would definitely stay here again, it was faultless.

It could not have been a more wonderful stay. Our top floor studio apartment was super-comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The rooftop terrace was a nice bonus. The property is located in a great neighbourhood of Palma, full of character and local bars that we enjoyed fully.

We stayed at Samaritana suites for 3 nights and we can say in confidence that it was one of the best experiences we had so far. Marcos welcomed us, and he was very flexible with our late check in and he responded quickly to all our enquiries. The flat is very spacious, well decorated and equipped with all amenities that someone may need during their vacation. The location is also an asset, since it's 10 min walking distance from Palma's main sights and city centre.

There nothing we didn’t like inside the apartment - we could even get UK TV. So easy to walk to all the sights of Palma and an easy bus ride to and from the airport. Spent a couple of chilled hours on the roof terrace which was lovely, super views. Would highly recommend Samaritana Suites.

What a gem! My husband and I enjoyed two nights here at this modern and fresh apartment. A great local feel with perfect walkable proximity to the busy areas, yet quietly tucked away. The check in and check out were easy and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended!

Stunning apartment on fourth floor - exactly like the photos on the web site! Initially found it difficult to figure out location ( take a taxi to get there!) But once we got our bearings realised it’s in a very convenient spot. Fabulous view from roof terrace - but not easy to get up and down the steps if you have mobility problems. Staff were brilliant - hotel reception ( neighbouring property/hotel) were very knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic.staff helped us plan a day visit to Soller which was a lovely experience; and we had some great vegan meals out in the city. Only downside was the building renovations/demolition right outside the front door and our balcony-thankfully no one was working the week we were there! Only downside

Our stay was amazing, lovely apartment, very well equipped, looked brand new, wonderful kitchen, beautiful bathroom, very comfortable beds, quiet. A great location, comfortable and welcoming

We re a bit worried on the first night that we’d made an error in booking 10 days here - though of course Sunday is rarely the best day to arrive in town, especially when baking hot in July. By the end of the stay we had no regrets and really enjoyed it. The bedroom was a bit tight and the king sized bed just about squeezed in to allow access all round. The kitchen has a hob, microwave and fridge. Note there is no oven or freezer compartment (the hotel was very happy to bring a nice bucket on request), though the fridge was set at just above freezing. The sofa is comfortable and the 50 inch TV an indulgence. The linens were luxurious, the the sheets seemed not quite so fine after they had been changed after the first week. The maid was excellent and the rooms were spotless (bar a large stain on the bedroom carpet). There were a couple of issues that were quickly sorted by the hotel’s service department. The roof terrace was fine, it’s small but little used. Fresh towels are laid out each day on the recliners. The lack of a pool seems a bit of an issue but we didn’t end up missing it too much, the beach is a pleasant 15 mins walk away. The main hotel (two doors down) provides excellent help for anything you need (if it is quiet they may allow you to use the pool there but we we were peak season so didn’t). The old town Palma is great. A baffling maze of streets with some much to see and experience.
