Staff was amazing But the beds and pillows were terrible lol You can hear everything through the walls which made it hard to sleep The beds slide all over so the people above were constantly making loud noise They also do not provide conditioner lotion ect And you need to ask for an iron

Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely hotel and great staff, nothing was too much for them. The rooms are cleaned daily and are spotless. Buffet breakfast was varied and good quality.

Decent hotel with amazing beachfront

Amazing beachfront location! Great swimming pool, with affordable decent drinks served. Very clean, cleaning crew made sure all is neat and sand free :) breakfast OK, coffee could be worked on but still OK. Dinners - great, plenty of choice, something different each night. Drinks for dinner are not free but still very affordable. Amazing chefs on the grill! We had small issue with bathroom equipment, hair dryer is poor quality and tends to pull hair in, not big issue on summer holidays, but could be improved. In general, great stay for family summer trip.

This property was in a convenient and accessible location to the city center and the beach. The room had a beautiful views to the beach, sunrises and sunsets which could be seen from the balcony, comfortable beds, a decent size room with a large closet. The dining staff, and the chefs were friendly, and attentive to the guests needs especially Ivan. You're treated like a family member and not a guest. Breakfast was freshly made from omelets, eggs, fresh fruit, bacon, a smorgasbord of food which could be enjoyed sitting at a covered outdoor patio near the pool enjoying nature. Sumit and the others at the front desk were always helpful, attentive to guests needs, making sure you had what you needed. They provide excursions around the island which is convenient and will help you make arrangements to get a cab to you destination. The bar tenders were always making sure that your cocktail needs were met and your glasses refilled. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure you had a wonderful stay. The rooms were meticulously cleaned and beds made on a daily basis. This felt like a classy resort. Entertainment is provided a few nights a week. They should provide nightly themed entertainment and/or possibly a DJ. Thank you everyone for making my stay so stress free, enjoyable and for treating me like I was a family member and not a stranger. You won't be disappointed with anything by staying here so book your stay and enjoy your vacation. I'll be back to see my family again.

Great family hotel - hotel had been refurbished so everything was in great condition. Only issue was fitness room was very basic and buffet after 10 days became a little reparative (although food was great)

We’ve just returned from a fabulous stay at HSM Golden Playa. Fantastic location opposite the beach and very easy to get into Palma on the bus which stops outside the hotel and runs every 15 mins. Just two euros each way but make sure you have the right change! Staff at HSM are all incredibly efficient and the daily maid service superb. Our junior suite overlooked the the beach and the views were amazing. Everywhere is spotlessly clean - foyer, dining room and pool area - and the bar staff are particularly friendly. We look forward to a return visit…

Great stay!

We had a lovely time at HSM, the staff made the experience almost a perfect holiday. They were extremely accommodating to us and with our 10 month old, always welcoming, chatty and full of energy. Ines, Heidy and Antonia at the restaurant were always chatty and helpful, especially with our daughter. Sumit on reception was very helpful, even when we had a small issue with our room, he sorted it before we knew it but also always saying hello and being helpful. The staff make the hotel what it is! We would only say that the restaurant could have more food choices but otherwise, no issues at all. Rooms were clean and areas of the hotel were, swimming pool area was nice and clean. Perfect location, on the beach and close to amenities as well as a short 10/15 min journey to Palma city (by taxi).

We really enjoyed the stay here and the hotel is literally on the beach which we wanted! Very close to the airport but no noise from the plane! The staff was brilling including the staff from bar (Aliz, Claudia, Alex) and the ladies from cleaning Valentina and Marga thank you so much! Breakfast had a lot of choice and same for dinner and restaurant personnel super friendly! Our 1 year old baby and us had a great time!
