About this property

HOLIDAY PALMA TERRACE APARTMENT by PriorityVillas

Penthouse apartment with three terraces and panoramic views – Palma city centre

Tourist licence: TI / 170

This duplex penthouse is located in the heart of Palma, in the fashionable Sa Gerreria neighbourhood, with three private terraces and spectacular views of the city, its historic buildings and the sea. The property combines the vibrancy of the city centre with the tranquillity of a street with barely any traffic, offering a unique refuge in the heart of the city.

Apartment layout

Ground floor: Equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room with table for 6 people and sofa bed. It also has a balcony with table and chairs.

First floor: Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower. From this floor you can access the second furnished terrace and, via an external staircase, to the upper terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun and panoramic views.

Important: The apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift, so a small effort is required to access it, and we do not recommend it for elderly people or families with prams – but the reward is the unique views of Palma!

The property has air conditioning, heating/cooling and Wi-Fi, guaranteeing comfort throughout your stay.

Just 50 metres from the property there is a secure garage where you can store your bicycles during your stay.

Sa Gerreria neighbourhood

Sa Gerreria is a neighbourhood with lots of character, ideal for those seeking to combine culture, gastronomy and urban life. You will find bars, restaurants, shops and street art within a few steps. The location is excellent:

250 m from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major.

800 m from Plaça d'Espanya, with access to most public transport, including the Sóller Train and buses to the airport.

Despite being in a lively neighbourhood, the property offers tranquillity thanks to its penthouse location and position on a quiet street.

House rules

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (yes on the terraces, being careful with cigarette butts).

Keep the apartment clean and tidy.

Respect common areas (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and moving about quietly.

Excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. In the event of complaints from neighbours, the owner may evict guests without refunding the reservation amount, and will also retain the deposit.

Booking conditions

A deposit of €250 will be retained during the stay, applicable to damage to the property, loss of keys or excessive dirt.

Check-in time: from 15:00 onwards, although we are flexible if availability permits.

Check-out time: until 11:00.

The number of guests cannot exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the reservation.

Parking and access

The apartment is located in a restricted access area for residents (ACIRE). Priority Villas will manage the circulation authorisation with the Town Hall: you only need to notify us in advance and send us the vehicle registration number.

Nearby parking on request and with an additional cost of €20/day, subject to availability. There are also recommended nearby public car parks.

Enjoy the perfect combination of central location, comfort and unique views from the terraces of this penthouse in the heart of Palma.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a furnished balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Location was excellent . The balconies added a lot of space and had great views. Despite being very central it was quiet. The stairs are no joke but we were prepared for that.

Great Location

We had a great few days staying here and exploring Palma in August. This apartment is in an excellent location, we loved the outdoor terraces and amazing views from the roof - it’s worth the stair climb to have this! The apartment had everything we needed, comfy beds and air con. Service and communication was excellent.

Great location!

Although in the heart of a great neighbourhood for restaurants and bars, and central for everything, The appartment (4th and top floor) was quiet. 3 terraces, including on the roof, so plenty of outside space. Not recommended for cold weather, though, as there isn’t a comfortable seating area inside.

Fantastic Stay

This property was well located. Everyone should be aware it is up on the 4th floor (80 steps) so it's not for the faint of heart. We had a few problems with the showers - one wouldn't drain and the other the shower head wouldn't stay up. Small details that we worked around. The place was pretty fantastic and I would stay again!

Fun in Palma de Mallorca

Great experience and great location for Palma de Mallorca. The area is amazing with the history, architecture and churches. Easy to walk to everything once you get it down. Be careful of all the stairs to and in the apartment...those take a little to get down as well. Awesome experience, highly recommend!!

Three outdoor spaces in the city!

Property was well presented. Lots of awkward stairs could be a problem for some but not us. I have given 2 stars for the check in process. I seemed to be dealing with 3 separate people, vrbo, the owner, and another. It got to the point when we wondered if the apartment was genuine. We had to give away so much information it felt a huge security risk It all worked out well in the end.

The view from the topmost crows nest is spectacular. There are some 78 steps to the unit’s door. There is a flight of stairs between living and bedrooms. There is a toilet with shower on each floor. There are small steps between nearly all rooms. The kitchen has basic needs but lacks a full complement of cookware and has a usable but damaged coffee maker. There are 3 wonderful balconies with furniture and a very small couch cubicle in the living room. The heater did not work too well but owner quickly supplied extra blankets. Extremely well situated near everything with a great restaurant Fervor next door. A very unusual mixed delight only if you can really do steps and stairs.

the location was brilliant , in the middle of everything ,bars and restaurants. the two apartments we hired (3&amp4) were great . you need to be fairly fit to navigate the stairwell but once you get to the top the rooftop terraces in apartment 4 were fantastic for early evening drinks in the Mediterranean sun . perfect the stairs up to the apartments… but worth the climb
