Great Location

For a short break this property definitely met our requirements. Location was great (trendy Santa Catalina area with lots of excellent restaurants, notably Vandal) but at the same time short walking distance into centre of Palma. All the kitchen amenities (dishwasher etc) we would want. Not luxurious but at this price, we would definitely recommend.

Wonderful

Everything about this property suited my friend and I. We are two mature females and the set up at the house was perfect for us. 2 bed 2 bath and great kitchen area and brilliant terrace. The area was a revelation. 15 minutes walking to the Cathedral and shops. Lots of restaurants near the house so we had plenty of choice. Supermarket 5 minutes away. I have been to Palma several times but never to Santa Catalina but have to admit it is brilliant. You do need to walk around the area to fully appreciate it. All communication with hosts was very easy and they were extremely helpful. Would definitely return.

Modern and Clean

My friend and I rented this apartment. The two bedrooms and the two full piece bathrooms were perfect for us. I loved the modern decor style of this place. It was exceptionally clean and organized. It had everything that we required with many grocery stores within walking distance. In fact - everything we enjoyed was within walking distance. The bus stop is very close for those who like beaches. I have to say the most enjoyable aspect of this rental was the outdoor terrace space. We enjoyed spending time outside every morning and evening. It was the perfect apartment for our needs.
