Excellent staff, so friendly and helpful! Greeted with drinks, given incredible service all around. This hotel has a great community vibe to it - everyone is easy-going, but not disruptive. The rooms have got style and comfort, and having a stocked kitchen full of supplies is incredible.

We had a wonderful stay. Jamie greeted us and explained everything we needed to know. The room was a lot bigger than we expected. It includes a nice bar seating area, a whole kitchen, small dining table AND separate sitting area. The restroom remodeled very nicely. Everything was nice & clean. The parking was accessible and secure. There are a few restaurants walking distance which was nice. Loved our stay and will definitely be coming back.

This hotel is nothing short of amazing. From the homemade margaritas, to the spacious rooms with full kitchens and free parking, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The managers were super friendly and accommodating. Plus the Bootlegger Tiki bar is attached with another bar and restaurant on property. This will be our new go to spot.

Jaime and his staff were nothing short and amazing. From the homemade margaritas at the pool to the friendliness of all of the staff and the large rooms with kitchens, this will definitely be are go to spot when we head to Palm Springs. The hotel is at the very beginning of the strip and is an easy walking distance to most things. We had reserved five of the rooms and they were all decorated in mid-century modern vibes. Bootlegger is of course next door and they also have another bar and restaurant on site. Parking was free and we had even forgot our suntan lotion and they gave us a brand new bottle. We will definitely return.

Best hotel experience I have had. Not only is the property conveniently located, quiet, well kept, and parking is plentiful, the staff (Jamie and Mateo) make this the most inviting place I have stayed. From pre check in phone calls thru check out, nothing but friendly and professional attitudes. The lengths they will go through to make sure your stay is pleasant and comfortable are immeasurable. Already planning our next stay for next year. Glad I landed on this property while searching for the perfect place to stay in PS!

Descent size rooms, nice to have a dishwasher, and private back patio area. The flexible pool hours are also a perk. The staff were nice. Improvements: add some bedside power strips or lamps with plugs. Finding an open outlet was difficult

Splash house stay!

Our stay at the twist was exceptional! We came from OC for a 3 day event and the space was very clean, cool, everything worked without issues and beyond spacious! The front desk was very friendly and beyond helpful. They have a 24 hour pool that was nice to come home too at 4am! The parking isn’t difficult and the space isn’t crammed like other hotels. The space is great and I will be coming back!

Our stay was disappointing due to significant cleanliness issues. Upon our Sunday check-in, the room was clearly uncleaned. We found debris under furniture (a used cup, straw, food container), dirty floors, stained outdoor rugs, and sticky sugar packets. We also found long strands of hair that weren't ours in the bathroom, closet, and kitchen. We notified the manager Monday morning. He promised a cleaning and a follow-up text, but the room remained dirty with no communication. On Tuesday, we had to insist. The manager was evasive, blaming housekeeping for the dirty room and a missing bottle of complimentary sparkling wine. Our room was finally cleaned Tuesday afternoon, two full days after we checked in. This wasn't an isolated incident. While we were speaking to the manager, another guest reported the same issues. We later met other guests who also arrived to dirty rooms, with some resorting to cleaning the units themselves. This points to a systemic management problem. To their credit, after these initial problems were resolved, management was responsive for the rest of our stay, and our room was serviced daily. Our experience sharply contrasts with the hotel's positive online reviews, especially regarding cleanliness. The attached pictures support our account. While service did improve, the initial lapse in hygiene and customer service was significant. I would caution future travelers to be aware of these potential issues.

This property is BEAUTIFUL. Clean, clean, CLEAN! Mateo was so awesome. I rate 10/10. Very comfy, bedding is clean and sheets are soft. The pool is 24hr. Easy access on property, free parking in the back, mini golf course, they have bikes for people to ride. Bars literally Nextdoor. Quiet environment, cost efficient.
