Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house, the private backyard with pool and spa, and the garage.

* Parking: Free parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. The garage can accommodate one large truck/van or two medium-sized cars. Additional parking is available in the driveway.

* Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, as per the City of Palm Springs regulations.

* City Pre-Arrival Requirements: The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of their government-issued ID, and list the license plate numbers of all vehicles that will be at the property. This must be completed prior to your arrival.

* Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* Pool Heating: Pool heating is an optional service available for a fee of $99 per night. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you would like to add this to your stay.

* For Families: A highchair and a Pack ‘n Play are available upon request at no extra charge. Please let us know in advance if you need them.
