Recently redone but rooms are pretty basic..could have been nice but they are minimal and clean. Focus is on the bar/pool which is nice but Friday evening the bar was not open. Saturday I went to the pool and there were no towels, I was told they were in my closet on the top shelf, so I went back. They required a credit card when I checked in so I tried to order a drink at the pool and was told they only take credit cards...so went back to my room. I asked for a frozen strawberry margarita and was told no frozen and no strawberry...so I got an orange margarita on the rocks for $15...not so good. Just lack of communication and no service across the board. My room had an extremely loud A/C unit which they could not fix. Find another hotel

View with Noise

It was a one-night stay, a little pool time, and off to dinner, then sleep. The pool furniture is torn and worn on too many pieces of furniture. I asked for a top-floor room and was given one. The place was practically empty because it was a Monday night. After getting home from dinner, the noise level coming from outside was loud. The front desk placed us right next to the pool equipment, which runs all night! Out of all the places to place a guest in an empty motel, that's where she placed us.

Great property, pool area was fun, comfortable beds. It is an older motel but the room was great. Would definitely stay again, fits the vibe in Palm Springs.

My husband wasn't a fan of the midcentury decor. The bed was too low to the ground. The parking was not convenient to the room. We had to step over dirt to get out of our car.

My solo trip

I’ve been going to this hotel for 3 years and loved each visit. Unfortunately this time it wasn’t as great as before, disappointed by a few things. The 21+ pool area pool was not heated the entire time I was there (Monday thru Friday). Noticed some areas of the pool/hot tub weren’t fully cleaned, and didn’t get enough towels.

At checkin the staff were not very helpful, pointed me in the wrong direction to my room. The hot tub was green and cold. My room was fine. The pool area was nice although only one of the two were open. It’s an okay place to stay. Just not nearly as clean or nice as it’s looks.

This is a motel property with motel rooms. We had a “premium” room and I’m not sure what was premium about it. Lovely view of the pool but it was cold so no one was using it which was probably a good thing. Lots of noise (housekeeping, trash pick up, etc) in the early morning. Front desk staff were fine but not welcoming or friendly. Expensive for what it was.
