Great hotel and location but I would have book another hotel if I had known the pool was under construction.

The room was dirty full of bugs and ants all over one of the sinks. You can tell they didn't even vacuum. The pool was under construction and made the property look horrible. It would have been nice to know if the pool was under construction. This hotel really felt like if I was staying at a motel. The room was not cheap for a s to have that bad experience.

I booked this hotel drove 7 hrs from home for my sons birthday and no one told me the pool was under construction. I was super upset

The hotel staff was very nice. I found out the hotel pool was closed for renovations. Not something you want to find out when it is 100+ out and you wanted to take a quick dip in the pool. The room was a bit musty but it was clean. The bed was comfortable. If you are thinking this is typical Embassy Suites it is not. It is for sure on the lower end.

Well there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail. The pool deck was dirty the whole time. I think there was poop on it. There were left over cups and bottles from the previous day each morning. There was half a beer left at the pool one morning. When housekeeping came to our room they left two clean towels for 5 people and it took two phone calls to get someone to bring us towels. At breakfast most of the tables were dirty from others using them and it didn't seem like staff was around to clean them. When I checked out and let staff know they said that the housekeeping staff was now here and would clean the pool deck. It was 11 am. Pool opens at 8.

The hotel it's self was nice however their hotel security needs a lesson in how to treat guest. The pool closes at 10pm which was fine. After my 3 children came back into the room they were still a little wild. At 10:12 pm we received a call from the front desk. They stated they heard noise coming from our room and we needed to be quiet. After doing a quick investigation with our neighbors we found that it was the security patrol man Mike whom complained about my children and myself playing in our room. I then went down to the front office to confront them. They stated that 10pm is quiet time. I informed them there was no need to be jerks about the situation, and it wasn't fair that they singled us out as many of our neighbors had children playingas well. I believe if you are going to promote yourself as family friendly then you need to understand what family is.

Overall, the hotel is very nice. Our room was clean and the courtyard area (including pool) is landscaped nicely with comfortable outdoor seating. My only complaint concerns the breakfast. Although it is better than average, the hot foods (eggs, potatoes, etc.) on the bar were cool and several items needed replenished. Also, if the breakfast hours are until 10am, then have food until 10am! Our last day there, the bar was basically closed down at 9:45. A friendly, breakfast-area manager would certainly help.

It was definitely out of the chaos of Palm Springs. Very relaxing. I will definitely be staying here again.

Get a room far from the pool as it can get a bit noisy with kids enjoying the pool

The room, staff, evening cocktail hour and morning breakfast was very good. TV's don't work very well.

Currently being renovated. Excellent breakfast. Strong Internet.

for the most part hotel was great. My only issue is that the hotel is under construction. They should have mentioned is before I booked the hotel room.

I choose this hotel because every Embassy Suites that I've ever been to was awesome, except this one. The outside of the hotel itself was disappointing definitely not what it looked like in their site. One of the staffs that booked my room, did not give me the right information about the rooms. And when I got there, one of the staffs treated me like a child even though I was the one who booked the room. In the room: the tiny refridgerator never got cold enough for my drinks to cool, even if we switched it to the max, the bathroom door did not lock at all, the wifi had very poor connection, and we couldn't plug in our Ps4 because they said it's not compatible even though the TV was obviously universal.

This location should be ashamed to be an embassy suites...after luging all our luggage in the heat I find my room has 2 queens not the king I requested in my reservation..but it was my birthday trip and needed to drop off luggage and leave...the elevator had no air circulation and was outside with glass windows...pure miserable...no vending machines and employee couldn't understand English to help me....room service was so busy it took 4 calls before getting through...free guest things like drinks and breakfast were way too crowded with lines to enjoy so we had to go back out to get our own drinks and breakfast....and worst of all the air conditioner worked horrible for the heat...room didn't cool down all night...I hope when it's renovated they fix the issues...place exploding with family and teens...not a romantic get away at all

Hotel is doing renovations, but the staff did a great job of making the stay nice even though the hotel lobby was not useable due to construction. Great restaurants -- fast food and fine food -- all within walking distance. Nice pool area. It was great for quiet, reading, and a nice breakfast was included.

We were in Palm Desert to attend a family funeral. Although not the best reason to be there, the rooms were great, the bed very comfy! The breakfast was great and the staff very attentive. The lobby was being remodeled, but in spite of that the staff did a great job making it all work. I have stayed here before, I had forgotten until I got there though! When I was there before it was before the remodel. The bed is great and I like the two room suite.

We really liked how welcoming the staff was at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, this was a wonderful experience for the price. The only thing I would suggest that the hotel change is that our room smells a little bit like cigarette smoke. They may want to work on deodorizing the rooms to get the smell out. Otherwise, it was a wonderful room, I'm wonderful stay, and a wonderful trip!

loved it close to everything great breakfast, close to golf courses , and food

convenient very good rate older but price was fair. pleasant front desk people

We made our reservations from an on line service Iverified with the hotel that I must have a handicap room they said they would note it on our reservation. When we arrived we were told that there was not a notation on the reservation and they did not do this with 3rd party reservations. They did eventually find me a handicap room! The toilet seat was regular height it was a tub with Handles not roll in. It was on the 3rd Floor, there was an elevator available. The Ramps had very steep inclines what a night mare. Never ever again The restaurant was very good and the happy hour was nice and so was breakfast. It needs a complete remodel. If you are Handicap do not stay at this hotel!!!!
