Embassy Suites Hotel Palm Desert

Overall, the hotel is very nice. Our room was clean and the courtyard area (including pool) is landscaped nicely with comfortable outdoor seating. My only complaint concerns the breakfast. Although it is better than average, the hot foods (eggs, potatoes, etc.) on the bar were cool and several items needed replenished. Also, if the breakfast hours are until 10am, then have food until 10am! Our last day there, the bar was basically closed down at 9:45. A friendly, breakfast-area manager would certainly help.

It was definitely out of the chaos of Palm Springs. Very relaxing. I will definitely be staying here again.

Get a room far from the pool as it can get a bit noisy with kids enjoying the pool

The room, staff, evening cocktail hour and morning breakfast was very good. TV's don't work very well.

Currently being renovated. Excellent breakfast. Strong Internet.

for the most part hotel was great. My only issue is that the hotel is under construction. They should have mentioned is before I booked the hotel room.

I choose this hotel because every Embassy Suites that I've ever been to was awesome, except this one. The outside of the hotel itself was disappointing definitely not what it looked like in their site. One of the staffs that booked my room, did not give me the right information about the rooms. And when I got there, one of the staffs treated me like a child even though I was the one who booked the room. In the room: the tiny refridgerator never got cold enough for my drinks to cool, even if we switched it to the max, the bathroom door did not lock at all, the wifi had very poor connection, and we couldn't plug in our Ps4 because they said it's not compatible even though the TV was obviously universal.

This location should be ashamed to be an embassy suites...after luging all our luggage in the heat I find my room has 2 queens not the king I requested in my reservation..but it was my birthday trip and needed to drop off luggage and leave...the elevator had no air circulation and was outside with glass windows...pure miserable...no vending machines and employee couldn't understand English to help me....room service was so busy it took 4 calls before getting through...free guest things like drinks and breakfast were way too crowded with lines to enjoy so we had to go back out to get our own drinks and breakfast....and worst of all the air conditioner worked horrible for the heat...room didn't cool down all night...I hope when it's renovated they fix the issues...place exploding with family and teens...not a romantic get away at all

Hotel is doing renovations, but the staff did a great job of making the stay nice even though the hotel lobby was not useable due to construction. Great restaurants -- fast food and fine food -- all within walking distance. Nice pool area. It was great for quiet, reading, and a nice breakfast was included.

We were in Palm Desert to attend a family funeral. Although not the best reason to be there, the rooms were great, the bed very comfy! The breakfast was great and the staff very attentive. The lobby was being remodeled, but in spite of that the staff did a great job making it all work. I have stayed here before, I had forgotten until I got there though! When I was there before it was before the remodel. The bed is great and I like the two room suite.

We really liked how welcoming the staff was at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, this was a wonderful experience for the price. The only thing I would suggest that the hotel change is that our room smells a little bit like cigarette smoke. They may want to work on deodorizing the rooms to get the smell out. Otherwise, it was a wonderful room, I'm wonderful stay, and a wonderful trip!

loved it close to everything great breakfast, close to golf courses , and food

convenient very good rate older but price was fair. pleasant front desk people

We made our reservations from an on line service Iverified with the hotel that I must have a handicap room they said they would note it on our reservation. When we arrived we were told that there was not a notation on the reservation and they did not do this with 3rd party reservations. They did eventually find me a handicap room! The toilet seat was regular height it was a tub with Handles not roll in. It was on the 3rd Floor, there was an elevator available. The Ramps had very steep inclines what a night mare. Never ever again The restaurant was very good and the happy hour was nice and so was breakfast. It needs a complete remodel. If you are Handicap do not stay at this hotel!!!!

Nice breakfast, good location, old hotel with stained smelly furniture & bugs. Dirty towels, requested new ones, took over an hour to get delivered. Restless nights due to loud & annoying floor creaking noise from guests walking around in the room above all night! Advertised internet availability but didn't advertise the daily charge and staff was rude when questioned about it. I'm sorry, but It wasn't even close to what we expected.

The hotel is fine for the price, it's old but clean. It serves the purpose for us which is to have somewhere to shower and sleep. The comp breakfast was actually good only because of the made to order part the rest of it was your average stuff for free breakfast.

Great room, large and clean with good amenities. Forget about the breakfast buffet, long lines, empty containers, no seating and the smallest coffee cups known to man.

Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Loved this place.

Even thou it was supposed to be a non-smoking room upon our entrance it was obviously smoked a lot inside previously.First the front lady told me it's from next door which all non smoking rooms should be together not alternate with smoking once.I asked for a housekeeper to come and spray a little and it took a while to get one but she was nice. She told me that the space under the door is the cause. Is overpriced .

We enjoyed staying in this hotel, food was great, nice and clean place, good value for the price!
