This is not the typical Embassy Suites to which I am accustomed. This is an old property which they appear to have bought. The grounds are not nearly as well maintained as a typical Palm Springs property. Overall, disappointing. This is not the Embassy Suites that you are familiar with. Wouldn't stay here again because it isn't worth what they charge.

Room size was okay, bathrooms are TINY, barely enough room to close door once you are inside. Rooms were dated, but clean. Elevators had NO air conditioning, horribly HOT. Front desk staff was very unpleasant and unfriendly, not helpful at all. Free breakfast was okay, although food was bland and options were limited and it was the exact same items every day, so got old after a couple days. Location of the hotel was great. Pool was freezing and most umbrellas at the pool were broken and they don not allow you to bring your own food or drinks in the pool area, so you are forced to buy their over priced, watered down drinks and food. Overall it was meh, definitely wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Rooms are not the cleanest, but also not the worst I've seen. Kinda seems like half effort cleaning in the rooms. Other than that, hotel staff was good, breakfast was good. Not Bad. Pillows suck, bring your own.

Staff who checked us in was not friendly.. the door to our room squeaked, bathroom was small, light on the bathroom light was very Fim, we could hear the people above us when they walked, the electricity went out throughout the hotel. Need I say more?

Nice hotel for the price. Good facilities. Pool temperature was very good.

Staff was very friendly, rooms had a lot of amenities and overall was very cute

Everything was great! No complaints . I’ll come back in the winter time .

Whenever we go to a hotel (which is often), we always look for a Gideon's Bible. The front desk told us that there were no Bibles in the hotel. Hey Hilton, get on board. We were disappointed that whoever checked in to the room above us had kids! They ran around their like wild children. The floor screeches. Everything else was just great. Warmest aloha, The Maines

good pretty much covers the subject ABOUT THE HOTEL.

The coyrtyard with fountain and pool were lovely. And big choice for complementary birthday. Rooms are generally fine. However they have little natural light.

Hotel stay was disapointing. A/C very noisy but did not keep room temp comfortable. Needs major remodel.

Great hotel and location but I would have book another hotel if I had known the pool was under construction.

The room was dirty full of bugs and ants all over one of the sinks. You can tell they didn't even vacuum. The pool was under construction and made the property look horrible. It would have been nice to know if the pool was under construction. This hotel really felt like if I was staying at a motel. The room was not cheap for a s to have that bad experience.

I booked this hotel drove 7 hrs from home for my sons birthday and no one told me the pool was under construction. I was super upset

The hotel staff was very nice. I found out the hotel pool was closed for renovations. Not something you want to find out when it is 100+ out and you wanted to take a quick dip in the pool. The room was a bit musty but it was clean. The bed was comfortable. If you are thinking this is typical Embassy Suites it is not. It is for sure on the lower end.

Well there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail. The pool deck was dirty the whole time. I think there was poop on it. There were left over cups and bottles from the previous day each morning. There was half a beer left at the pool one morning. When housekeeping came to our room they left two clean towels for 5 people and it took two phone calls to get someone to bring us towels. At breakfast most of the tables were dirty from others using them and it didn't seem like staff was around to clean them. When I checked out and let staff know they said that the housekeeping staff was now here and would clean the pool deck. It was 11 am. Pool opens at 8.
