The walls in this hotel are insanely thin. A neighboring room turned on their shower at 5 am and it was like standing under a waterfall. Could hear everything outside the door all night. The usually reliable embassy suites breakfast was awful.

What a fantastic place to stay. Staff are well-trained and very attentive to all your needs. The pool was ultra clean. They even include a great breakfast and a free cocktail with snacks at night. Great value for your money. Very spacious rooms, maids running everywhere keeping things in order. I would definitely stay here again.

Poor experience!

Positives included a nice but dated somewhat musty suite for a reasonable price, good happy hour drinks and food, excellent included cooked to order breakfast and a nice pool. Negatives were being given non functioning key cards and we had to wait outside the gate in 105 degree temperature with all our suitcases until another guest let us in, then having to wait another ten minutes outside the room in the same 105 degree heat for security to let us in and provide duplicate keys. We are in our 70s with many health issues and this was very uncomfortable and potentially dangerous to our health. . It would have been nice if the hotel offered a comp dinner or credit or something in return for that inconvenience. Also the beds were lumpy.Also I asked them the front desk to break a $100 bill for me so I could tip their bar tender and others and they claimed they could not do that.
