Hotel is old but clean and tidy, staff was always polite and ready to help. The main level elevator was out of order, and the cocktail house food could use one or two more items. The room was clean and pleasant, very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great, the omelet station was our favorite. We recommend this hotel. 👍

Upon arrival at 7 pm, we were disappointed to find that our room wasn't available. We weren't alone, as numerous other guests expressed similar frustrations. The hotel seemed understaffed, leading us to transfer to a different hotel.

The room we checked into has no working outlets in the bathroom. The 2nd room we checked into had no working heat. Then we discovered that the toilet would not flush. This happened twice! On the door to the breakfast there is a sign that says the restaurant would be open and it was not. We came specifically for a nice room and restaurant and got neither! We cannot and will not recommend staying here.

The breakfast timeframe is overly limited, running only from 6 to 9 AM. The main issues are excessively long wait times and severe food shortages — items are often taken as soon as they're put out, forcing those later in line to wait extensively for replenishment. Additionally, the staff appear quite lethargic, working at a very slow pace, and their overall service attitude is unsatisfactory. Also, the bathroom in the room is extremely small/narrow. It's so cramped that it's difficult to even open and close the door properly.
