Pictures for this property are pretty misleading. While the lobby and courtyard area were decent, the room was pretty gross. Our room didn’t have a shower curtain and the windows were unlocked (ground floor) and dirty. We asked for wine glasses from the bar and they were filthy with wax. Very odd. Not satisfied with our stay here
Need more update in the rooms
Carpet in room was stained, door didn’t close
Staff very friendly! Good breakfast! Only thing needs is remodel rooms very old carpets bathrooms otherwise good place to stay !
We were extremely disappointed by our recent stay at the Embassy Suites in Palm Desert. We were there for a funeral that unfortunately coincided with the timing of a local country music festival called Stagecoach so our rooms were over $300 each per night. This is an egregious amount to charge for this property. The building and grounds are old and clearly haven't been maintained well. Cleaning is spotty. The pool had straws, hairs and other odds and ends floating in it. Paint on the trim (railings, etc) is cracking and peeling. The towels at the pool have been washed one too many times - at least. Security doors had signs saying they were kept locked and only allowed entry with a room key but they were left open at all times. I assume the mechanisms had stopped working. Our room wasn't clean and they claimed "COVID" for not refreshing the room during our entire 3-day stay. There was black mold on the ceiling in our bathroom. A piece of the carpet had been cut out and removed in front of a sink, leaving bare cement floor. The restaurant may have been good pre-pandemic but the online menu is out of date. They are open for dinner but there are very limited choices that are mostly burgers and salads. Even at a much lower, non-music-festival price, I would not stay at this property again.
Wonderful staff! Short handed but all helpful
Property was nicer than i expected it to be. We booked a king and they didn’t have a king room but that was fine. Bathroom wasn’t super clean but they sent someone immediately
Staff was very friendly. Room walls are thin so you can hear all conversations next door and upstairs you can hear every footstep. Beds are comfortable, executive suite was spacious. Breakfast was great.
Fabulous breakfast - I feel property was run down and think charging $12 for parking is not good when your hotel was on 1/4 filled! Because of Coronavirus u should wave that charge!
Loved the breakfast and the outdoor chess. It’s a nice property.
Property is in desperate need of a renovation. It was old, dated and not particularly clean. Would not stay here again.
Overall nice a d convenient property... pool right in the courtyard, But property is old... rooms a bit dated... super small bathrooms
Location. Pool. Complimentary wine hour! The chairs around the pool were a bit worn.
Property needs to be upgraded, especially the bathrooms. Sinks were not draining at all. Just one night stay so didn't have time to have them fix it. Breakfast was not as good as other Embassy hotels. Didn't like that the rooms were like a motel (entrance outdoors). The employees & front desk were super nice & friendly though.
Totally loved my stay! Complimentary breakfast and happy hour was awesome! Pool was nice and relaxing. Room service made the stay that much better too. Room was spacious and clean. I’ll definitely be back!
Breakfast buffet was good. Pool was nice and clean

Susan, thank you so much for choosing to stay at the Embassy Suites Palm Desert and for sharing about your experience at our hotel. I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconveniences that you have encountered while staying at our hotel. There are a total of three weekends in April where prices are high due to the music festivals in the area.
Wonderful staff! Short handed but all helpful
