The walls in this hotel are insanely thin. A neighboring room turned on their shower at 5 am and it was like standing under a waterfall. Could hear everything outside the door all night. The usually reliable embassy suites breakfast was awful.

The room was outdated and the carpet needs to be removed. The AC unit condensation pipe was leaking into the sink from the ceiling. The shower curtain smelled like a wet towel. I did see another room down the hall from our room and it was completely updated. It had newer furniture and hardwood floors. The pool area is nice. They do need newer towels though. All of the towels were very old and thin. We enjoyed the complimentary cocktail hour and had a few more drinks at the bar. Breakfast was very good too! Plenty of options for everyone. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I spoke to Aaron at the front desk regarding the leak and he was very accommodating and understanding to my complaint about the leak. We didn’t use the gym but did see it and it had plenty of options for a good workout.

The staff here is super friendly! The room was clean and very nice. Loved the pool! You could bring your own food and drinks. The complementary drinks at happy hour was awesome! Kenny the bartender was attentive and fun! Took care of everyone with a smile on his face. The free breakfast is really good. Made to order omelets. Already looking to book here again!!

Staff and property were amazing. AC was so wonderful in the room. Appetizers and drink time was nice. Only thing I wished was that the room has smart TV or more than basic local cable.

I like the suite, has a big space and the differet option for the breakfast. I like the pool and jacuzzi. The staff was very nice and polite. The only thing that I didnt like was that the toilet has a black line that is not clean properly and the pool has a brown line around like grease.
