Barry Berkus was a true visionary known for his innovative designs on space, light, cantilevered details, and soaring roof lines. The folded-plate roof with clerestory windows floods the main living space with natural light. A large private patio with easy access to the pool & spa area is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. One covered parking space is conveniently located a few steps away from the front door. The grounds are impeccable with desert landscape.and beautiful mountain views. 30 day rentals or longer are required for this unit.
