Mark at the front desk was friendly and professional. We were disappointed with a "Murphy Bed" when our reservation said one bedroom or studio, there was no mention of a "Murphy Bed" which was not at all comfortable. We called to see if an early check in was possible and were told to come over and housekeeping would be contacted to expedite the cleaning process if the unit was not ready. We came and we waited 2 hours to exactly 4PM when along with many others we were all given our keys. It appeared that some of those units must have been ready for a while, but we all had to wait until 4PM even though we were informed this would not happen. The grounds are well kept and the staff was friendly, nice pools and the units are clean. The resort is old and you will hear the voices, of those next door and the footsteps of those above. The Weber grill worked great and there was a stove and full size refrigerator and all the kitchen supplies needed..

Great, relaxing experience. Planning today to go back.

We wish we could stay longer. I have 3 adult children with us and stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. It was a home away from home for us. The appliances were old but they work fine. We spent most of the two days in excursions anyway and we looked forward coming back to rest at the end of a long day. The garage was very small but we had plenty of space on the driveway. It rained for two days but would have enjoyed the grill in the patio and the pools if weather just permitted. So on our check out day, we took a morning walk and got the bikes out for a ride before breakfast. We will definitely recommend this place for families.

We rented a studio room. The sleeping arrangements were horrible. the bed was apull-down bed with no boxspring and a very thin mattress on a board. We were stuck as the Resort requires prepay with no refund. We asked about lowering the air conditioning a couple of degrees below 72 and were told no because the air conditioner would freeze up which made no sense. Also the staff never smiled.

Resort was nice, clean and quiet. Having a garage and bikes was a nice treat. it was nice to be a bit off of the strip, yet too far away from anything. Condo was missing a coffee maker. Mattress and pillows were not comfortable for any of us.

Great getaway from everything but love that there are things to do all around that are close. Love shopping love that the waterpark is so close.

Deluxe accommodation was a well equipped 2 bedroom home, complete with garage and patio. Brought the kids, their bikes, and enjoyed a peaceful couple of days. The amount of space was grand and a fully equipped kitchen (and outdoor gas bbq) saved on eating out. There was even a washer dryer in the unit. Resort is a time share, and once you check in, there's no housekeeping. Bathrooms have soap, but bring your own shampoo. Two adult bikes in garage, but both were men's style. The pools were a bit on the cool side (temperature) for mom, but it didn't stop the kids from hours of fun. Any changes to reservation needs to be made thru timeshare company, staff had very limited capacity to problem solve.

Was like the comforts of home & very close to downtown Palm Springs where we spent time shopping & dining... Other than a brief uncomfortable encounter in regards to our correct check out date, everything was fine. We had to go spend time at the office clearing up the situation. The staff handled the situation professionally, so we can get back to the FUN!

I love this resort! I have been there many times and I will keep visiting it!

Rooms are fantastic!! Very roomy and equipped with everything you need. Our room did not have a coffee maker, but one was delivered within 5 minutes. It's almost like being at home.

It was great

Good property for adults who want to relax. Teenagers were bored.

This was our second stay at The Oasis. We loved it and will go back. Not crowded. Nice place to relax in the sun at one of eight pools. Great location to stay for the entire trip or to venture out for day trips. Room was very clean but needing updating. Grounds are beautiful and are very safe and great for walking. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Good old fashioned resort,we had stayed here before too and nothing has really changed.Condo style resort is clean but was noisy because it was facing the street.Jacuzzi was not clean at all.

This is a really nice condo. The place has plenty of room for a family of 5 or 6. There was a DVD player in the room for the kids. The only thing I was missing is a restaraunt on site for room service. There is a full kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It even had a washer and dryer (not that I used it!) There were 8 pools to choose from, so none were packed with people. It was very relaxing. We had a good time.

It was great just wish we would have gotten one of the villas so it would better accomadate us pool was kind of dirty but overall we had a lot of fun.

The Oasis Resort is a great place to stay in to relax from routine busy life. We have a great time swimming in clean pool, riding the bicycle, enjoy the barbecue in a clean balcony, the convenient location to stores and downtown and most of all the outstanding great service with smile.Nothing missing from this place, this is the greatest place I have ever been and for sure I will be back.

We were welcomed with friendly, attentive staff. Rooms were large and clean with good furniture, towels and other supplies. The grounds were beautiful with flowers and trees. We liked the many smaller pools close to the rooms in addition to the main pool. Shopping and golf kept the adults busy, swimming and tennis for the younger set. The resort was secure with a keyed entry. This is the 5th time we have returned with our family.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at the Oasis and loved it. We had more than enough room in our clean and lovely condo. The best part was we had a single car garage to protect the car from the hot Palm Springs sun. The condo was very close to the pool so it was nice to walk down and enjoy. Other reviews complain about not getting maid service but keep in mind this is a vacation rental and not a hotel room. I would suggest that you bring shampoo and conditioner because soap was the only thing provided.

It was a very relaxing weekend in Palms Springs. The Oasis Resort was perfect for us as it was essentially renting a condo for the weekend. The grounds were very nice and the individual units were clean and quiet. The garages were a nice feature. The only issue is that you had to drive to the downtown part of Palm Springs ( about 5 - 10 minutes).
