great resort. Lot of pools. Very clean property. Front desk staff called us on the first day and see how we are doing.
Convenient layout for our family. Clean and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the proximity of several pools. Pools were nice and clean and all of them are heated.
The property is very clean and we had a great stay. Our place was located near the clubhouse near the main pool. Which was nice because we didn’t have to walk far. The other pools are normal size where this one is twice the size. However the jacuzzi was too hot. Someone passed by and said their jacuzzi was also too hot. It would be more enjoyable if it were turned down 10 degrees. Overall, staff was great and would come back again.

Super friendly staff, quiet community, secure, very clean, and spacious accommodations. No personal care items in bathrooms aside from soap, so bring your own shampoo/conditioner/etc. great choice for longer stay and/or when sense of your own space like home is desired.
We were given the key code for the wrong room and accidently walked into that room to find other people's stuff there. The garage door opener did not work.
The resort is a great place to enjoy the best of Palm Springs. Wish it had a place to eat.
This is a condo property, so once you check in, you're on your own. There are also no restaurant facilities, so it's not really a hotel at all. We were there 4 nights & no one came once to clean the room. On the other hand, there really are 8 outdoor pools, so you can always find one to suit your needs.
We love staying here. The price is right and the accommodations are good. Great pools and relaxing. Close to stores, shopping and downtown.
I was there last weekend, Oct 13/14.....in town for the John Lloyd Young performance at the Purple Room Supper Club. Although we were not in the room very much it was LOVELY!!!!! Everything was absolutely perfect. The desk folks were very friendly and personable. I will definitely stay there again.
Everything was excellent, except that our room was near the gate entrance and there was construction going on with a jackhammer at 8am. Waking up to the loud hammering was terrible and we couldn't sleep in.
Very nice place feels like a home with kitchen would definitely recommend this place not your normal hotel they are like mini condos
