Quiet, spacious and fantastic location.

We spent a month here. The house is located close to shopping, restaurants on a very quiet cul de sac. We enjoyed each day in the beautiful backyard when we weren’t golfing or hiking. Terrific host as well!!

Lovely Palm Desert winter get away

Just what we hoped for! A lovely, sunny winter get away in Palm Desert. House was perfect and just as advertised. Very well equipped and the owners were super helpful and communicative. Were able to use the hot tub (very fun under the stars) but pool not heated in Feb. Gorgeous views of the newly snow-capped mountains. Fantastic central location to epic hikes, great shopping and dining. Super nice neighborhood. Walk to grocery, coffee, donut shop, deli and more. Walk to weekend street fair. Palm Springs easy drive away. Perfect month in the desert!

Perfection!!! A heavenly oasis in Palm Desert! ***** FIVE STARS! *****

Wow! We had the best experience in this home! It is modern, clean, peaceful, and spacious yet cozy. The location is really convenient. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and close to absolutely everything. Stores and restaurants are only a few minutes away in all directions and Palm Springs is an easy 20 minute drive. The house had everything we needed. All the beds are heavenly - the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on and the area is so quiet that we could really unwind and feel rested! The pool is perfect. Just the right length to swim laps and always warm and pleasant. The waterfall is a perfect touch. It felt like we were playing in a bathtub any time of the day or night. We could open the patio umbrella and cast shade over the pool and just hang out in the water. And there were fun pool floaties available for our use that made it even more relaxing. A dream come true. The most incredible part was that even though the house was modern with simple furniture, there was nothing missing. You name it, they had it. The hosts thought of everything! There was not one thing we needed that we didn’t find. It made our stay very easy and convenient. And the hosts were always available, ready to help and give advice about their community or assist with things like how the pool remote worked or set up the plan for the housekeeper to come that worked best for us. Everything was accounted for and it was so nice to know we didn’t have to worry about anything. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet place to relax, unwind, and go home rested, this place is a perfect home away from home. Thank you Sam and Beth for making our stay better than we could’ve dreamed! Your home is so special. We can’t wait to stay again next year!
