Quiet Neighborhood and Easy to Relax

This was the perfect place to stay if you want to relax. Location is convenient. Pool area is nice and the pool was very clean. Plenty of beds if you have a family. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes/pots/pans if you want to do some cooking. Check out was a bit confusing. It would be nice to have a laminated document with complete instructions. It's hard to find them on the website link. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was perfect for the 3of us. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing in the screened in lanai. The dogs loved the fenced in back yard. Several nice walking/bike paths near by.

This property was located on a quiet street close to shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean as well a the pool and pool area. It was well stocked with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend rental.

Perfect Week in Palm Coast

We had such a great week in Palm Coast. The area is beautiful - so many parks & beaches a short drive away, but also convenient to shopping and restaurants. The house was perfect - we had everything we needed & the cleaners did a great job getting it ready for us. I can't say enough good things about the pool - I spent a lot of time in it! The neighborhood was quiet. Really just a perfect week. I am hoping we are able to visit again soon!

Disappointed in owner of the home !!!!!

The owner canceled on me the week before our vacation so we had to find a last minute . He had the host call us to cancel on our end . Even though we received all our money back on his end ,we have still yet to get money back from VRBO . So I want ever trust this home for my vacation . I can’t rate you as a 0 because I never saw the home because you canceled our reservation . You should put on your page ,"no 3 night stays" I could only give my review if I clicked on the stars .

This property was a PERFECT find last minute. I would definitely rent this again!! The only negatives were the floors were a bit dirty , could feel when we took our shoes off when entering. We found clumps of dog hair in the pool when we woke up a couple times, we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. There was some in house also. It was welcoming and so roomy, great neighborhood to walk and driving distance 8 min to grocery and 15 min to the beach. Pool warmth was perfect. The kitchen had everything you need and a grill outside. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Relaxing Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as we just loved the pool and property for our dogs. Wonderful location as its close to shopping, restaurants, golf and the beach. Owners made our stay very enjoyable with a well stocked house. Would highly recommend.

Family Holiday Stay

We enjoyed our week at this property. Very clean. Plenty of space for our all adult family of 5 to rest and relax as well as play group games and watch lots of football. TV setup was a tad complicated and would have preferred being able to cast for viewing, but it didn't take away from our stay. Pool and hot tub were both clean and functioning the entire trip which is such a plus when you're on vacation. Lots of food options close by and easy access to St. Augustine, Flagler, Ormond, etc. We even found a lot of joy in updating the kitchen chalkboard every morning. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable property/Perfect location

This property was accurately described on the website. The information sent to me needs updating on opening front door lock and set-up of hot tub. The room accommodations were very comfortable. This house was easy to rent. Communication was outstanding throughout. Home has everything you need. Loved that we could bring our dog with us. Dog park is close by as well as is everything you could need.

Fixed It

Upon arrival the pool was green. I called and texted. They got someone there immediately and fixed the problem. During the week the AC went out. I guess it was a power surge. They got someone over that day to replace the Thermostat. The problem was fixed right away. They are very professional. They apologize for everything and offered me a free day next time I stayed. Not what we expected based on the pictures and other reviews

We really enjoyed the pool, the updated kitchen was nice and the beds were comfortable. The issues we had were with the furnishings not matching the pictures on VRBO, the landscaping was long over due and even when the company arrived to cut the grass they didn’t trim the shrubbery away from the walkway or clean up dead limbs on the palm tree. Also the hot tub was listed as functioning so we expected this to be ready to go at our arrival, it was not. We had to clean it out, fill it up and get instructions from the owner on how to reset it. Also, the bathrooms were not very clean, hair from previous stays found in 2 of the 3 bathrooms.

It was nice.

It was nice could have had more things in the house like toilet paper paper towels cooking seasonings and the pool water heater to be in use and the info for the heater was not known when house was rented until after we showed up. Plus have the hot tub ready to go for house rental customers.
