Very quiet residential condo community with many families.
The St Joes Walkway trail system is conveniently located along the river behind the condo building and connects to the whole system. Great for biking, hiking or walking amongst nature!
Guests are able to rent bikes, kayaks and boats at the neighboring marina.

The neighborhood is very quiet and people keep to themselves. You will need a car to get to most places, but since this home is so centrally located, it only takes 5-10mins to get nearly everywhere in Palm Coast.

* 2 Car Limit – Parking is allowed for up to two vehicles. The parking garage is accessible if needed, but please coordinate in advance.
* This unit does not include a traditional crib, but a Pack 'n Play is provided for your convenience upon request. Kindly bring your own sheets for added comfort and cleanliness.
* No local guests are allowed.
* The primary renter must be at least 21 years old at the time of booking and must be present throughout the stay.
