Annual family vacation

We have always rented in the West coast so we decided to try the East coast for fishing and popular adventures. Our family time is limited so we try to get the most out of our trip. Fishing for the son and grandson, pool for the entire family, and a big house where we can all be together yet have our own space. Master bedroom was wonderful and the views throughout were amazing. Neighborhood was peaceful too.

Love it!

We had a wonderful time, the house was beautiful, love the lay out! The pool was amazing, right there on the canal! The area was great and felt very safe! Love the parks for morning walks!

Beautiful Location

Beautiful home and location, as nice as the posted images. Quiet neighborhood, everyone in my family enjoyed the views and amenities. The pool was wonderful and we appreciated the puzzles available! The contact with the host was fantastic, we were able to get checked in a little earlier than posted and when requested the swiftly assisted us with a shower chair so my 91yo Mom would be more comfortable in the shower. We appreciated our mini “family reunion” in such a great space, everyone had their own room and lots of spaces to puzzle, watch tv, quiet conversation or read and not be cramped. An added bonus was easy drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend, wake up early and enjoy the sunrise and activity on the water!

Labor day

The house was clean and spacious. We brought our skis and we were able to dock on the property. We saw dolphins. The kids enjoyed the pool. The property manager was quick and answered quickly.

Awesome house for all ages!

This house was awesome for our family!! We had 8 people total ranging from age 6 to 90! We chose this house because it was all one level with no steps and had the pool and view of the water way. It was perfect because the grandparents could sit out and watch as we swam and they could watch the waterway for dolphins. We did see dolphins twice during the week we were there! The owner was very quick to respond to my questions when we first arrived. The only thing that could improve this house would be a few more items in the kitchen, such as containers with lids for leftover food. Other than that it was perfect and very clean and the pool was awesome!

Visiting family in Palm Coast area. The listing was accurately represented. Location was perfect and beautiful for relaxing. We found that this was not a walking friendly neighborhood and you needed to drive to areas with less traffic. Location was central to all shopping and dining, Property needed a bit of TLC but was overall very nice and worth the stay!

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed this family boating and beach vacation home! It was just as described and the agent was quick with responding to any questions I had. We had NO issues with the property or stay accept for the Karen next door that wanted to complain about our boat trailer that was parked on OUR vacation property - I took pictures to prove location was not his property. Beware of the neighbor. Lol

Family friendly

We paid extra for the pool to be heated. We arrived on a Monday after 3:00pm. The pool heating system was not running. I sent a message to the Host stating the pool was cold and the heating system wasn’t on. The heating system started running on the following day at 9:30am. We had issues with bugs. After notifying the Host, she stated that they had issues with bugs with the prior guest and treated for them prior to our arrival. They need to ensure this issue is corrected for future guests. We notified the Host that the dishwasher started leaking. It was replaced the following day. Overall my Family enjoyed the stay and created many memories.

Better than expected

The home and property was perfect for our large family. We rented paddle boards and kayaks so we were able to enjoy the water. The management company was very communicative and helped us all throughout our stay. We look forward to renting the home again in the future.

Great place

Property was so clean and nice. It was perfect for our family to gather from different cities to visit my dad who lives in Palm Coast. The dock was a great feature as my nephew brought his fishing boat. We saw dolphins in the canal right from the living room view. Great communication with property manager too, very nice and responsive to any questions or needs.

This was a wonderful place for my family and me. Had all the comforts of home. Light bulbs were out in many of the rooms and the mattresses were not the best. Pool cleaner did not show up, but pool was very nice and the dock on the water was nice and convenient. We will definitely consider this place for our vacation next year.

The place was very nice on the inside. The outside lanai and dock could use some TLC and a new ceiling fan out there but other than that it was a great stay. Issues we had were resolved in a timely manner.

Great Summer getaway

We had a family of 10 people and there was sufficient room for everyone. The house was clean and had space for everyone. Would suggest that more beach towels be available as there were only 5 towels while we had 10 people. We had to go out and purchase additional towels which was not a big deal but would have been nice if they were supplied in house. Great house , great location.

Lovely stay!

We had a family of 6 and the house was the perfect size with room for more. We loved the pool, grill, dock and all the wildlife. The view from the back of the house was wonderful. Couches very comfortable, everyone enjoyed Netflix. Fish continually jump around dock and we had an awesome dolphin show on our last day, there were easily twenty dolphins having a ball in the quite canal. The house was very clean with only one spot that we noticed missed at checkin (a top bunk bed comforter was dirty). We washed so no problem. Bring extra towels and washcloths. Plenty of beach towels provided. The washroom is great with large units. The kitchen had everything we needed. Only complaint would be a better masterbed, it's a queen and the mattress is not very comfortable and please be careful with the hot water, if you have small children. It gets extremely hot, quickly. House close to Publix and Walmart for groceries. Close to St. Augustine, about 20 min. Short drive to Palm Beach for low population beach. Daytona is a little 40 min drive, the beach is more populated but you have a life guard, food, beverage, ice cream options and lounge rentals if needed. We already want to return, sure a nice home!

Fantastic Vacation

Great place for a large family vacation. Eight of us in total and lots of room for both adults and kids. Great location in Palm Coast with easy access to all shops, restaurants as well as easy freeway access for exploring the beautiful beaches around the area. Check in and out process super easy, the property is spacious and great for sunrise morning coffee or breakfast by the pool. Kids loved fishing off the back dock and using the pool as well as sharing the bunkbed room together.

Great spot for families!!!

This house was in a peaceful neighborhood with well kept houses. It felt very safe. Beautiful home , really enjoyed kayaking in the canal and sitting around the pool watching the kids swim! We would definitely rent again. We only had a couple tiny issues on arrival and the property manager quickly responded and sent someone to fix it. The handyman was very nice and fixed the issues very quickly. Have great memories now with my extended family. Couldn’t be happier!

Family vacation

We had the best time here with the whole family. Between fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool or driving to the beach we had the absolute best time! We loved this home and enjoyed it!

What a letdown

Upon arrival we found the kitchen flooring was coming up and slid around under your feet. I brought this to the attention of the property manager along with a few other concerns and received a snarky response. The spring mattresses were extremely firm and led to us going out and buying an air mattress. The mosquito screen around the pool had large cuts in it which prevented us from allowing our dog out in the pool area. There were ants everywhere and a cockroach in the kitchen when we arrived too. On the bright side the kids loved the pool and fishing in the canal.
