We’ll appointed Condo with beautiful view
My husband and I stayed for a month in this beautiful condo. The kitchen is very well stocked including cleaning supplies and lots of extras. The view is absolutely fantastic, we enjoyed sitting on the lanai reading and enjoying the sound of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms large with plenty of storage. The owner was super quick to respond to any question or issues! Really over the top.
Now my reason for 4 stars. The complex is extremely large 3 buildings (over 600 units). 1 unit has a pool on its own that is not to be used except building 1 owners/renters. The pool for bldg 2-3 was closed for resurfacing the entire month (we were not notified), but the fire table and grills could be used. There is an additional pool a little walk away we were able to use. Except the last week, the HOA closed that pool also. So we were left with a small Pool to use across A1A (not heated and crowded since the others were closed). Then the last week I had my grandkids and family over, the HOA closed the BBQ area (no notice) we planned dinner which we then had nowhere to cook or be outside. This was not the fault of the owner but speaks to the HOA (major renovations in the middle of spring break/snow birding. really?) Ask what amenities will be available or closed during your stay.
Overall a great stay but super bummed over the lack of facilities available. Would stay again with an understanding of what will be open.
