Bought ocean view Got restaurant and nightclub view ( load) When complained they said oversold ( tough - and when check-in said I had ocean view/ simply lied) Ordered breakfast room service- took 2 hours and 4 calls saying it’s on its way and never came. A simple avocado toast. You call front desk and they don’t pick up for minutes, I was a loyal customer for 2 years and sent many people from my company. This place has gone to hell.

From arriving to departing the customer service from the staff was amazing. The rooftop bar and restaurant provides a gorgeous view of Downtown Palm Beach and Palm Island. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable.
