We stayed here a few weeks ago. The location is perfect. It’s a quick walk to the beach, and there are shops and nice restaurants (we highly recommend Das Pizza) within walking distance as well (a little less than a mile probably). This place was a studio apartment that was basically a place to sleep and shower. There were no couch or chairs in the main living room. So if we wanted to sit and watch tv we had to lay in bed. We did have a roach issue while we were there. We came across 3 or 4 in the first 2 days we were there. The property manager sent out an exterminator and scheduled us for a midstay room cleaning (which I guess isn’t a normal thing?). The exterminator came, but we had to ask again for the room cleaning. I’m not sure how an exterminator and a housekeeper go into a place and not clean up the dead cockroaches? Finally our room was cleaned a couple days later. The manager was accommodating and after talking with a rep from Orbitz she agreed to refund us for 1 of our 7 nights. The reviews that say this place was fully stocked and you don’t need to bring a thing must have been pre-covid. The items in stock were very basic. 2 plates, 2 bowls, 1 glass, 1 coffee cup, 2 shower towels, 2 wash rugs, a hand towel , and 2 beach towels. There was no extra of anything. There were no condiments or spices or anything like that. So be prepared to buy everything if you grocery shop for the week.

We appreciate the feedback but to clarify the handling of the booking is needed. This booking was a month ago. The customer did reach out of a pest issue which we immediately scheduled our exterminator to go out. We provide a Kitchenette - Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, stove pots/pans, plates, glasses and utensils This listing is for 2 guest max. Therefore in the unit there is 2 of anything. We do not provide mid stay cleaning. However we did assist this guest with a mid stay cleaning at no charge, extra towels, we also compensated the guest with a one night free due to the issue they had. Florida is tropical and we provide a monthly pest control service to all of the properties. However guest sometimes keep the doors open for long period of time which the little pest may enter. The bed was large and comfortable and the location and price were perfect. When we needed supplies they were brought over immediately by housekeeping. I accidentally left behind a charging cord for an underwater scooter that was quite expensive to replace. I didn't notice it missing until weeks after my stay, and when I emailed about it the manager knew exactly where it was and mailed it to me. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the neighborhood. Full size fridge was great along with stove, oven, and microwave. Bathtub/shower dated but clean. Small vanity but a lot of storage shelves made it very functional. Pool has a nice view overlooking the inlet. Beach was a few minutes walk and we rented chairs and an umbrella right there on the beach. Bars/restaurants nearby.
