Shower heads need to be higher!! Fine for kids but not adults
I was supposed to be staying with family but an emergency had happened so I had to stay at the hotel when I checked in at almost 2a.m. Tammy was there she was the nighttime staff at the front desk and she was amazing very understanding very friendly and helpful. Then the next day I check out at 1 p.m. and was in the lobby for almost 7 hours until I was finally told that our family member couldn't pick us up so once again I had to check in again after check out and waiting in the lobby for almost 7 hours was embarrassing to me and so uncomfortable but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable or unwanted and I am very grateful for that so after the second night of staying at the hotel finally the next day I was able to get picked up but overall I was having a really bad 2 days and with the help of the staff I didn't lose it lol
Great airport hotel - clean with spacious bathroom. The concierge (i think her name was Kristal) was just lovely answering all our questions and graciously fixing a mistaken double booking without question. Thumbs up.
I was in town on a three-day business. Good factor was that the hotel was close to the airport in the car rental return. The bed was comfortable room was clean and the shower nice. Wi-Fi wasn't working 100 of the time, but could be the construction that's going on outside. Other than that it was quiet, they served fresh breakfast every morning and staff was helpful.
Definitely one of the better hotels I stayed at, zero problems during the 4 day stay!
This hotel was the perfect for a crash pad for the night. Location was convenient and plenty of parking.
Clean rooms, nice staff. Newly remodeled modern, preferred old Floridian decor.
The hotel was great for the price it could of had more accomodations but for the price it is worth it.
Pretty pleasant, no complaints. Clean and spacious and breakfast served was delish. Would recommend for it's price.
Stayed before catching an early morning flight. Very clean, convenient location, friendly staff. I would stay again given the same circumstances.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights in December 2013. The room was clean, large and beds were comfortable, also breakfast was nice. Overall, it was a great hotel with a great price.
Very spacious suite, especially for the money. Quiet and clean. My kinda place! Will definitely stay there again when I travel back to West Palm.
When we arrived to the hotel, checked in and went to room. Room key didn't work. Went to get new key got in room and had 2 double beds when we reserved a king bed. Not very accommodating for a night out away from the kids. Plus the double beds they did have were terrible. You could feel the springs and room was dirty and old looking. When I called the FD, the man has no empathy. All he said is this is the last room we have and I said well it's not what I reserved or paid for. I asked for a refund or to transfer right next door to the Hilton. He told me no refunds. Then got mad when I asked how do you expect to hold me to payment, when this is not what I paid for. He told me I could talk to the manager tomorrow. We left and went to the Hilton. We always choose a Hampton or Hilton hotels always and they are usually really good hotels but I would NOT suggested this hotel to anyone.
Have always enjoyed staying in this hotel during travels.
The hotel staff that we encountered both at check in and at check out were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs. The room smelled fresh and clean. We always enjoy staying at Hampton Inn's because the beds are so amazingly comfortable. The pillows have just the right firmness, the mattress pillow topper makes the beds so comfortable that its truly hard to get out of bed. And the linens, both sheets and towels, are always so soft and smell wonderful. The breakfast choices are wonderful. We enjoyed the waffles, eggs, bagels, english muffins and bananas. The coffee and mango juice were also delicious. We were even able to enjoy the pool for a little while on Saturday morning before we had to check out. We would have loved to stay longer, but three more hours would have cost us $37. I wish you all had later check out times available at no charge. But other than that, our stay was perfect. We will continue to stay at Hampton Inns wherever they are available and affordable.
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional, and there were good work spaces.
Check in was easy, the front deck attendant was friendly even offering us suggestions things to do(As it was late at night) The rooms were clean and quite. The hotel is close enough places of interest. Good value for money.
Friendly staff at check-in, we were early but accommodated with a smile. Second floor room was clean, spacious and quiet with fridge, coffee pot and quiet A/C, large bathroom. Hot coffee in the lobby all day, nice typical breakfast till 10 AM and cookies at 5 PM. Nice tropical grounds and 5 foot deep pool. Good wireless internet. No road noise because it doesn't back up to I95, an all-around nice stay.
I originally booked for a double queen room but when I checked in, I found out that there was a plumbing issue and was upgraded to a king suite. However, it did not solve the issue of us wanting our own beds. The sofa bed was ridiculous. Had to request extra bedding and pillows. Did I mention we received some free water bottles to also make up for our experience? Apparently the breakfast in the morning wasn't great either. I didn't sleep amazing since the thermostat didn't work properly even though I set it before we went out for the night so the room would be at the chill temperature we wanted. Sigh... Overall, the only great thing about this hotel was the location and being close to city place and clematis. Not my best experience. I wish they would have called to tell me that there was a problem with what I booked so I could have looked else since I had a guaranteed refund for cancelation. A simple phone call could have fixed this whole mess.
Beautiful decor and dining areas. Room was very clean and comfortable. This is probably the nicest Hampton Inn I've stayed at!
