Embassy Suites Boca Raton

Recent guest reviews

Hotel with nice amenities. Very cold though so take warm outerwear. Unable to adjust room temperature so we turned it off and opened the window. Check in staff was confused by our event with people sharing rooms but checking in at different times. Good food at the restaurant. Great breakfast included as well as happy hour.

The hotel room smelled like mold in the front room

The hotel is great with free full chef breakfasts and a happy hour for all guests

First room smelled from mold, wetness. The staff was responsive, changed room quickly. Buffet, complimentary breakfast underwhelming-omelettes under coojed, waffles soggy. Staff however made upfor the missing peices, they were polute, friendly and knowledgeable.

Only "complaint" is that the AC in the hallway was too cold. The rooms and atrium were recently remodeled and are very modern. The breakfast buffet was well stocked. We were there for 4 nights. No problems. Friendly and helpful staff if we had a question.

My stay at the hotel was great and I'll be back to stay embassy suites boca very soon

Good parking, next to 95, nice inside courtyard with excellent breakfast

Small, but all the amenities needed. Modern atmosphere

We've stayed here before and it was OK. They are finishing up an interior remodel and it is very nice. We'll stay there again.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. We were not notified that there would be construction for the entire stay. Lodged two complaints for the sliding door that leads to the balcony from my room but it was neer fixed nor was the room discounted for the inconvenience. Overall terrible experience.

This older hotel is in the process of being renovated and it is not being well managed during this transition. The parking lot is torn up and their is space allocated for valet parking with no valet present, therefore when guests come back from dinner out, they must park far away in dangerous areas which are not well protected due to the construction of concrete curbs. It is filled with OSHA workplace violations since the construction is not well managed. The pool is not heavily utilized and there are still inadequate supply of towels almost all the time. The cleanliness of the guest room was generally good but the tub enclosure tiles had a high level of surface mold that needs attention. It shows a lack of scrubbing and is quite disgusting. The Dinner Food quality was a very pleasant surprise. The prices were good and the quality of the meals were an asset to this hotel. If they create a better dining atmosphere in their new area, it could be a new profit margin area for this property. The server was very pleasant, as well. I would consider this property in the future as long as the price point is a good value. It really needs to come up in standards if it is going to be worth any additional room night revenue. One last comment - I do not like to see tip jars/.buckets at the morning breakfast omelette station. I understand this at the happy hour bar but not at a food area. It is tacky. Pay your staff sufficiently so that they are engaging to all guests and not just the ones that tip for an omelette. My son and I stayed their for 5 nights during our recent Spring Break.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, The hot breakfast buffet was to die for, I will stay here again!!!!

The hotel isn't one of the newer Embassy Suites but it's clean and comfortable. The woman that checked us in wasn't very friendly or courteous but the room was nice. I particularly like the leather feet rest in the living area. Our balcony was covered with tree debris so going out there wasn't really an option which is why I scored the cleaniless a little lower than I would. Breakfast was pretty good. Good options including cook to order. The one elevator was a little annoying especially if you have a room on the opposite side. All in all, it worked for our needs and was close to FAU.

We checked in late, and the lady at the front desk was very nice. As we were checking in we heard a train loud and clear so she put us in a room far away from the tracks. Room dingy and pillows lumpy - oddly so. Bathroom seemed clean. No stray hairs (I hate that). In the morning, as we were leaving the room for breakfast, a cockroach fell from the door jamb, bounced off my hand, and landed on carpet. It promptly ran back into our room. YUCK!!!! When we came back to room after breakfast (dirty plates and silverware), it was back on the door jamb hanging out. Seems to have a home there. I told three different people (front desk, house cleaner, and a maintenance person (at least I think he was). DEFINITELY not worth $155. Kind of feel gypped.

Staff was friendly and courteous, check-in was flawless, room was clean and adequate for needs, the location was central to our meeting and easily accessible from the airport. The complimentary breakfast was a real winner smoothing out the process. An all-around good experience. I would recommend this hotel.

very good experience as usual liked the hotel stayed there often

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at the embassey. It was clean and the staff were extremely friendly! We were very glad we had a rental car, because although it was centrally located a car was a must. There is a Tri-Rail station across the street if you not have a vehicle. I would definitely recommend and/or revisit this hotel.

this was by far the best hotel i have stayed in in recent memory. i never have slept so good. the only minor thing was at happy hour the drinks were free and the munchies too but they were very lame, chips, dip. would have preferred cheese and c rackers at least. but none the less, an outstanding hotel and would definately stay again.

The hotel was very comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfasts. Unfortunately, I only had time for the manager's reception once. The suite layoff was great and the room was clean. It was easy to control the temperature in the suite despite the very hot outside weather.

When I arrived I asked for a quiet room and that is exactly what I got. The staff was outstanding, courteous and kind. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Excellent work out area and great pool. Even the gift shop was well stocked.
