My check in was at 4pm. I reserved a two bed room. I called the location to let them know I will be checking in late. When I get there at 8pm, I was given a one bed room. When I went back down stairs to the concierge, I told him of the error. He told me that all has left for two bed room was accessible. I told him fine but I was not happy that my room was apparently given away even when I followed the rooms and told them I would be late.
They don’t even make the beds correctly here! Sheets touching the floor!

1st room we were given was occupied by another guest. Next room was very dirty. Hair stuck on bathroom walls. Floor and furniture stained and dirty. Shower moldy. Asked for another room and it was just as bad. Hot tub drained and out of order. Was never told at check in. Staff really didn't care.

Breakfast has a lot of options and was filling and tasty. We also enjoyed the included free happy hour drinks! Really made us feel like we were on vacation.

When I first pulled up the hotel look so nice but later found out the hotel is going under renovations.The room I was in had a smell and the bathroom was old and rust and scratched furnitures. I dropped our bags and keft but when we returned the room still had an odor. I called the front desk ans spoke to the sweetest lady name Gwen. She was the most uplifting part of my stay was when Ms. Gwen changed our room. The 2nd room after leaving to gather me things from the 1st room I was locked our so Ms. Gwen gave us another room whuch was better. I'm not sure if I will book another reservation there until they complete their renovations to the entire hotel.
