Hotel was fine. Check in was fast. Wait time for elevator was long as well as for the breakfast. Paid for room with a balcony and it did have a very small one with a view of the roof

There were no e yea blankets or pillows in the room for the pullout and it took an hour to get them. Phones did not work. Sent a te t to the number they provided and never got an answer

Clean and comfortable, staff available and helpful. The breakfast was advertised as a huge bonus, here’s where the problems were. There were lots of choices, everything LOOKED good, but all the food out in trays was cold and the pancakes were cementlike. It was a disappointment. Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
