My 7 year old grandson and I have just returned from a trip with national holidays to cadburys world, safari and steam train ride and we stayed at this hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The meals we had here were lovely particularly the steak and stilton pie mmmm! The only downside on this night was that my grandson chose chicken goujons and they weren't served to him until after I'd finished my meal.Having said this he really enjoyed them but I think this needs to be addressed as I would have rather we had eaten together. Also they ran out of pastry for the pie,now this wouldn't have bothered me as the meat was delicious but some people would have liked the pastry as well. The desserts were lovely and varied also. Our room faced the car park so was nice and quiet and the beds very comfortable the bathroom was really lovely too. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again and I would recommend it to others. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay an enjoyable one.

Stayed one night family of 6 sharing 3 twin rooms on a National Holiday coach trip. The hotel was clean the rooms were very good and was surprised a the quality of the food provided in the evening meal/breakfast included in our price. The main congratulations to the hotel is how friendly and helpful all staff were on this visit, thank you. Please keep up your high standards.

Well what can I say.... I stayed at this hotel last night for business and the food was horrible. I suppose I have been spoilt from the park inn at York perhaps they should go see how they do things.........the room was clean and nice shame the restaurant let them down. This will be one off the companies booking forms

hotel was very clean, but u do have to complaine about the buffet evening meal, ther was no chicken left, and bugers were horrible, also veg was horrible . Also i didnt sleep due noise, and bed was uncomfortable.I will not be staying again. But the staff are nice.

I have recently stayed at The Park Inn and I must say how impressed I was. It was easy to find, the rooms were lovely, the breakfast was delicious and varied and the staff were great. Especially impressed with Tracey on Reception. She, and the rest of the guys, were so helpful and funny and made us all feel really special and valued. What a great team you have there. This will now be the only place I stay when I come back to Walsall. Keep up the good work guys.

We had two nights at this hotel. It was spotlessly clean and the rooms were of a high standard, with a fabulously large wet room shower. The evening bar food was very nice. It was very convenient for the M6/M5 and a nice business park with IKEA just on the opposite side of the motorway and Morrison's supermarket nearby. We will definitely stay here again on our trips North. Staff were also very attentive.

The staff were excellent – efficient, pleasant, flexible, hard working in a variety of roles. Room was clean and comfortable. Food choices were limited at dinner but adequate and was mainly a good standard except one dinner when the chicken was a bit tough.

Needed a convenient overnight stop in the Birmingham area. Modern and clean hotel just off the M6 so met the criteria for my stop. Rooms are clean, and the (FREE) wifi is good speed. Very happy with the bed and pillows and would just say that as I was on the road side there was noise when I opened the window (I prefer natural ventilation to AC !). There is a restaurant on site and a supermarket within a mile. Breakfast was good standard although I would have liked to see a coffee machine that made a latte (hint, hint). Overall I would stay again.

Although hotel was on an industrial estate I was apprehensive at first, upon arrival checked in and got to my room, it was good, chose room service to eat dinner, food arrived quickly and was good quality, used the Gym a couple of times and straight onto the supplied equipment without having to wait. usual Radisson choices for breakfast and of the same quality. Cost was reasonable for the area and would certainly use it again even if I had to travel a bit further.

Not a five star ⭐️ hotel but deserves a five star TripAdvisor rating, clean, friendly, price pitched just right, rooms more than adequate, would have like a carpet! Easy to park, food was very good 😊
