High ceilings, original frescoed vaults, period floors, a collection of antique and modern paintings from which the house takes its name. Prestigious furnishings, a curated mix of antique and modern design. The house is bright: 8 balconies, one in each room.

Living Area: large entrance hall leading to all rooms, private and secluded study, elegant sitting room, formal dining room with a ten-seat table, main living room - a large and bright relaxation area with sofa, armchairs and Smart TV, and a second air-conditioned living room, equally spacious and refined, with a smaller table for everyday use. Sleeping Area: 2 large, very bright double bedrooms + 1 exclusive attic suite with a French-size bed on the upper floor with internal staircase and window. 3 full bathrooms with shower, all with windows.

COMFORT: Elevator, Doorman, Fast WiFi, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Air Conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room (in the frescoed halls full of paintings, to preserve them, only fans).
