Staff (Marco) was very attentive to my needs. Mako customer service was exemplary, as he readily resolved many of my needs. There were limitations on what she could do for me though, for instance the facility was presented as having a breakfast but I was told my pricing didn’t excluded it. Also, there was an on-going renovation going on in another unit that woke me up around 7:30am on two days of my six-day stay. Additionally, on May 1st, my request for new sheets were not fulfilled by the person cleaning the room. For a facility that advertises its self as short-term stay, with minimal service, the following areas m need improvement: 1. Dining Plates, 2. Silverware (cutlery), 3. Dishwashing soap, 4. Dishwashing towels, 5. A slightly larger size refrigerator (the snack bar-size refrigerator was very inconvenient. The top draw for me was cleanliness of my unit and the interior of the facility I accessed. Marco was fantastic host and provided excellent recommendations. Owner of the units should up their game and expand amenities in the room.

In an old building but a beautiful new suite inside. Large spacious room and bathroom complete with kitchenette area makes the place feel like home Everything is new and clean and very tastefully decorated. Host extremely helpful Highly recommended

This apartment was amazing. It was clean, high tech with a very modern vibe. We absolutely loved it. The service was the best. The host recommended dining options. He arranged transportation to the airport. He provided a FANTASTIC breakfast. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Nice and clean room. Friendly staff. Very easy check in and check out. Comfy bed, very clean restroom. Room was up to date and well kept. Only downfall was you could hear people when coming in and out of their rooms as well as the cleaning crew in the mornings. Overall stay was nice and would stay again.

Excellent location! My room was beautiful and cleaned every day. The daily breakfast caffe was excellent! The owner Marco was very hospitable and made sure I was comfortable. He went above and beyond and gave me a list of great restaurants in the area and all the must see attractions. I definitely recommend Suite Palermo Apartment, and hope to go back soon! We stayed here for one fabulous week in Aug 2020; Marco was an outstanding host. He was extremely helpful, easy going and very chatty. He gave us plenty of local info and advice. Thank you for the excellent tip for the best ice cream bar ever :-) We highly recommend this area and Marco's apartments. Special thanks also goes to the lady who insured our apartment was well stocked and always super clean. Overall, this area of Palermo has great train / bus links to all beaches / sites / attractions.

A great base for a stay at Palermo.

We wanted to have 4 nights in Palermo and the Palermo Suites came up as a good proposition from the reviews. I found the property to be very clean, well equipped, secure, quiet, had a great bathroom and shower plus a good serviceable kitchen. It was partially serviced daily with the sheets and towels changed plus some breakfast items supplied. There was a fridge, coffee machine, microwave and a tv. The internet wi fi was also very good and fast. Marco our host was also very helpful and of great assistance. The was parking for cars available at a secure 24 hr car park about 100 meters away. A bus also stopped nearby for transport downtown which was about a 30 minute walk away. The flat was on the second floor, serviced by a lift and during daylight hours there was a security person at the front entrance. After hours there was a key for entry at street level.

Hervorragend! Alles, was nötig war, konnten wir mit Marco klĂ€ren! Er war sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns jederzeit bei jeder Frage unterstĂŒtzt und Informationen eingeholt. Z.B. betreffend Anreise und Transfer vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft. Das Vorort gebuchte FrĂŒhstĂŒck war Ă€ußerst hochwertig und geschmacklich top und mehr als ausreichend! Das Appartement war in jeglicher Hinsicht sehr durchdacht - tolles Badezimmer mit riesiger Dusche, drehbarer TV mit Möglichkeit prime/Netflix usw., Licht usw. mittels Alexa steuerbar, Supermarkt im selben Block, Bus vor der TĂŒre, bequemes Bett! Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!!!!!
