Renter beware advertised as a clean and healthy apartment I was surprised to see a wall in the kitchen living room area crumbling and full of mold. As it was in the evening when I checked in my agent told me he would contact me the next day he did not. In the morning the tour buses idled engines. We could not get another accommodation. We were above restaurant row which did not close until 3am and garbage pickup was at 4am No sleep for the 3 days. There was no washing machine as specified. By the morning of the day we left the water from the leaky AC started to enter the bedroom area. We had headaches from the mold my daughter was in Palermo for an event she is a Soprano. I am disputing the charge on my credit card as Wonderful Italy the managing company will not respond to my emails.

Eine Wohnung im Herzen von Palermo, in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, aller Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Busverbindung zum Flughafen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten Gebäude, ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig und hat schmutzige Wände. Der größte Nachteil ist jedoch, dass es dort furchtbar laut ist. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Restaurants und Bars. Ohne Ohrstöpsel ist es unerträglich. Man kann überhaupt nicht schlafen

Pas louable actuellement !

Le mur dans le salon est totalement ruiné avec une énorme infiltration d’eau sous la climatisation, avec odeurs nauséabondes de moisissures. Le propriétaire a été informé dès notre arrivée et n’a rien fait. La chasse d’eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée, nous avons communiqué l’information au propriétaire et avons donné notre accord pour quelqu’un puisse intervenir sans ou avec notre présence dans l’appartement et aucun plombier n’est venu réparer la chasse d’eau du toilette durant nos 6 jours de location. Le logement n’est pas louable dans de telles conditions !
