We stayed at the hotel for a family holiday for about 4 days. We were very pleased. The staff was polite and helpful. The service is excellent and the place is clean and well maintained and the rooms are comfortable. Thank you very much to the entire team, and especially to Alexandra, who made a great effort to be happy with our vacation. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
Location: Location is terrible, in the middle of a run down area. Far from the city. Hotel is located in a run down area and far from the city centre. Hotel does not provide any transfers/shuttle bus to the city centre. Staff speak little English, so we struggled to communicate with them/. Staff also seemed reluctant to help when asking for some more information on the area. However there is a guy who works at the bar who is very friendly and helpful. We had two rooms, one was good but the other had a very stiff door which needed to be slammed shut and forcefully opened. The air conditioning in one of the rooms was also very noisy. Rooms have nice views.
This hotel is totally dissapointment! I spent more than 70 euro for night of the most terrible room ever. Bulding was fantastic but room was looking like less than 1 star hotel trash room. Everything was so old and dirty. On TV dust was maybe for year. Also moquette was super dirty. Parking place was closed and I had to leave car in yard which was really full. I spent almost half hour waiting for car place. Maybe this hotel has great servise in other rooms but with my experience I dont advice this to nobody.
I stayed 10 days with a friend in this hotel as price was good and it had a roof top pool while also being in the port area of Palermo an not too far from the city center. Yes there are things not going well. We changed 2 rooms before getting a reasonably cold room with a fridge that worked and yes I had to ask reception for 2 days before they did anything but in the end all ok. We are very close to North-Africa here so some patience is needed. The pool was good although in the beginning I could not understand why they close the pool for 2,5 hours in full afternoon but it was everywhere like this just to give staff also a break which I find a very nice way of thinking. The view over Palermo and the sea is amazing ! Rooms are tired but OK. I asked if there was a shuttle to the centre but reception said no although I hear the manager here saying there is, make up your mind ! Breakfast was very good with great choice. All in all I liked it there and would stay here again. Wifi was also very good. To the city centre was not that far, around 20 minutes walk and people complaining about the area, why ? All were very friendly there and had some restaurants and sops and a beach 3 minutes away ! Yes a lot of high rise apartments and bit dirty but again this is Sicily ! I would also love to thank the Italian people that even though they all need to mae a living as well they seem to care for the refugees there as I have seen many gestures of humanity there ! Thanks very much for a nice stay !
A big hotel with a classy entrance but our room was outdated and the airco made so much noise we had to turn it off while sleeping. The hotel service was very dissapointing, we had to ask everything since they did not give us any information about the hotel. Breakfast was nice, a lot of choice, lots of sweets. From the hotel to the centre of palermo is a 35min walk. During that walk you see a lot of palermo that you don't want to see.
Wonderful Hall and Hall. Stunning views. Super Breakfast. Leave the room still to be desired, to be restored and removed from the carpet. Hotel with antimafia history with young staff looking to grow and improve.
Old and break room, poor breakfast, VERY VERY FAR of the city centre. The localitation is terrible, you can't be there at night because of the bad zone. The dining room is very old, they give you plastic vases and spoons

The hotel was not bad but my review would be much better if they took a little more care. Nobody seemed to be too excited with the guests. Receptionist didn't give me any information during check-in. Some of them were obvious, like WiFi password which was written on receptionist's desk or where the restaurants are. I have never figured out other things, like check-out time/breakfast time etc. I stayed two nights. The first morning I didn't make the breakfast as I came down very late (9:45) and the restaurant was closed. The other morning I came for a breakfast at 8 and tables were full of dirty plates and my eggs and bacon were cold. The hotel has a rooftop bar and pool with awesome view but the bar and the pool were closed all the time I tried. The hotel may need some maintenance. The safe in my room didn't work and A/C in my room didn't work, too. The windows are however not blocked so you can open them fully even on 12th floor. Other than poor service and average maintenance all was good. The hotel price was not bad in overpriced Palermo. The hotel offers a complementary parking (the number of slots is limited). The hotel is close from a beach. There are some bars in the area, too, and it's about 30 minutes of walk to the downtown.
Arrived as a member of g group tour, for a 3 nights half board stay. We got a room on the 7th floor, spacious and clean. We were quite surprised that supper was at a table and not a buffet. We had 4 courses, and the food was OK. Service was a bit slow, because of a big party dinner in the adjoining dinning room. Dinner service was a lot faster in the next evenings. The waiters were very polite and made sure to replace your dish if you asked for something else. The room was very well attended. Front desk service was helpful. The WIFI signal in the room was excellent !! The morning we left, we had an early breakfast, and the service and food were very good. A very pleasant stay.
