Appartamento localizzato in ottima posizione. Edificio nel suo insieme decoroso, bello e pulito. Appartamento in ordine e pulito. L’utilizzo dei condizionatori per riscaldarsi rende l’aria un po’ secca. Forse migliorabile l’illuminazione nella zona cucina per renderla più calda e accogliente. Qualche mensolina in bagno sarebbe davvero di grande utilità.
