The property was close to the downtown area. It was clean and my wife was pleased with the property having an elevator. Our host Ester was very helpful with our check-out. She arranged for a ride to the airport with her cousin's car. We really enjoyed our stay in Palermo.

The room and common kitchenette area was clean. The only person we saw was Anas and he was very nice. The entryway into the common kitchenette was always dark. Felt safe in the room, but the surrounding area was less desirable.
