The property was perfect for what we needed at this point in our vacation - relaxing and a nice pool to cool down in after a hot day touring the Valley of the Temples. The location was great and the dinner Giuseppe made for us was delicious. The room could have used a little bit of maintenance but was comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location short walking distance many places. Cab about 40 euro from airport which was fast and easy. Nice staff very helpful. Apartment was very spacious and modern. Secured building, good breakfast, truly helpful staff. Would stay again.

Lovely property with lovely hosts, who catered for my food allergies. Modern facilities, very clean. Had a little noise from outside in the evening but then nothing the rest of the night. Breakfast was a nice choice. There is a lift which is a bonus, as lots of the older accommodation don't have them.

Good location, and a decent price

Clean room, decent breakfast, good location, about a 15 minute walk to Palermo center. Only complaint is that the balcony faces a huge wall. All in all, it was a good dtay.

Super Serpotta!

The staff could not have been more helpful - one kind lady even sorted out an extra night's stay and arranged an excellent taxi service. The accommodation was very spacious, well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast was enjoyable (especially the coffee). Our stay was excellent value for money, and we should be delighted to return.

A great choice of accommodation - very central quiet street. The building in recent years has obviously had a full renovation, its modern and finished to a high standard. Room comfortable and clean, staff absolutely brilliant, very friendly and helpful. Made sure my wife got a gluten free breakfast each day, they were also very handy in terms of making sure we had everything we needed during our two week stay including any queries re day trips etc. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this again if staying in Palermo, felt like home for a fortnight. The room we had was fully kitted out with crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils etc . There was bags of room, the shower was fantastic, there were plenty towels too. Nothing was a problem to the people at the accommodation, the meet and greet taxi there and back was first class and reasonably priced too. Lastly a huge thanks to everyone at Serpotta 10 Palermo for their warmth and friendliness. Each day started with a smile, a good breakfast and a chat, we loved our stay XX

Lovely BnB quiet location

Lovely comfortable stay with young vibrant staff kept the place really neat and tidy. Breakfast was simple but more than enough. Don't forget to ask for scrambled eggs our room 204 had an amazing shower. WiFi was good too. Discounted restaurants are nearby. The immediate area isn't the most welcoming. Free bus only 2 mins walk away near via Roma

Very handy hotel for an overnight stop in Palermo

We were given two very spacious interconnected rooms for us and our two children. They were extremely clean and well equipped. Very modern decor. Excellent value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us.

A hidden gem

Delightful hotel, conveniently placed for visiting most of the sights in Palermo. The young staff were refreshingly helpful and enthusiastic. The good sized bedroom was well furnished and the bathroom would not be out of place in a four star hotel. Excellent breakfast which set us up well for a days walking. Can highly recommend it.

Good choice for Palermo

Very good hotel near to both the new and old city and about a 10 minute walk from the airport bus. My room faced the courtyard and was quiet and safe. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this B&B.
