The property was perfect for a very short stay in Palermo. The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed and cold aircon. The host was friendly and helpful. The location was great and near the train station. Surrounding the place it seemed a bit more run down than the rest of Palermo but inside it was fabulous. Thank you for a great stay.

Alessio offers a nice property only about 15 minutes walking to the markets and famous attractions. He offers a nice breakfast and you have access to coffee and tea 24/7. The shower is small by most standards but the water is hot. There is a flight of stairs to climb. I would stay there again. Very reasonably priced.

The property itself is very clean and the staff very accommodating. It is located in a safe area and with easy access to public transportation Unfortunately it is in an area where garbage is left on the streets and thus the unpleasant smell in the surrounding area. it is also a good 30 minute walk from decent restaurants

La localisation est assez pratique pour ceux qui ont une voiture à garer, car l’hébergement est situé dans des grandes rues où il est possible de trouver des places gratuites, bien que le trafic soit dense et les places plus ou moins rares. Il faut parfois chercher dans les rues adjacentes.

Location is very convenient

Very close to the train and bus station and only a few blocks from the historic city center. Breakfast was food and plenty, there is an expresso machine available for the guest and we loved that. Mauricio was a great host.

Hinter den alten Fassaden zeigt sich im ersten Stock eine wunderbar renovierte Altbauwohung, deren Zimmer geräumig sind. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm. Recht zentral ist man in Ai Quartieri gut aufgehoben.

Checkin ging gemakkelijk, parkeerplaats vlakbij, omgeving was wat somer en iets vuiler, de kamer was heel proper en in orde! Enige echte puntje van kritiek was het ontbijt: toastjes met confituur en Nutella, yoghurt en zoetigheden, iets te beperkt. Man aan de desk was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Tutto Perfetto! Camera spaziosa e silenziosa, piena di ogni comfort possibile come il mini frigo con l'acqua lasciata in omaggio.
