Modern Villa with private pool , 7 minutes walk to the beaches.
This modern house is situated on a quiet one way street. Set in a private garden with pool and barbeque terrace, it has four bedrooms, one double with en suite bathroom on the ground floor and on the first floor two double bedrooms with their own balconies,and a further a twin bedded room also on this floor. Large sliding glass doors from the sitting/dining room open on to the terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a small laundry room attached. Upstairs is a sitting area with TV/Video/DVD On the second floor there is a spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace giving views to the sea and surrounding countryside.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.

Maison très bien, située proche du centre-ville et de la plage. Mais attention ça montait. Ça descend. Le jardin est agréable ainsi que la piscine.
