Could use an upgrade

The hotel is OK. If you shower everything is going to get wet in the bathroom. Very varying access to electricity. The food was good and service was good. But a man that said he owned the place kept smoking marijuana outside our window, so that was very uncomfortable. It smells a lot and he would not stop even though we asked nicely.

Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer. Nach einer Beschwerde bekamen wir es schließlich. Das Zimmer roch unangenehm, der Kleiderschrank bot kaum Platz für Kleidung. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank, und wie in anderen Hotels auf der Insel bekamen wir nur zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser pro Tag! Im Badezimmer fehlte ein Spiegel, es gab nur einen Stuhl, und die Matratze war vermutlich von Flöhen befallen, denn wir juckten uns ständig – und das nicht wegen Mücken! Wir baten um einen Wäscheservice, für den wir extra bezahlen mussten (was an sich kein Problem war), aber einige Kleidungsstücke waren verschwunden! Ich hatte zweimal ausdrücklich darum gebeten, dass das Frühstück pünktlich fertig ist und dafür im Voraus Trinkgeld gegeben (wir unternahmen täglich Ausflüge, und das Auto kam pünktlich zur Abholung). Trotzdem wurde es weder pünktlich noch innerhalb der von mir eingeräumten halben Stunde Kulanzzeit serviert. Es gab lediglich eine Schüssel Frühstück ohne jegliche Extras – ein wirklich sehr schlechtes Frühstück, das eines Hotels nicht würdig ist. Insgesamt ist die Lage zwar gut für Spaziergänge, aber ich kann das Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen, da es in der Gegend für diesen Preis deutlich bessere Alternativen gibt.

Fantastiska rum. Såg att de renoverade många rum till att bli riktigt moderna. Personalen ger precis lagom med uppmärksamhet till dig, de märker om du en dag vill vara ifred och nästa dag ha en spa-behandling. Bra frukost och mycket frukt. Gott kaffe. Igen, fantastiskt trevlig personal.
