There is TV that’s the like There is no microwave Bathroom dirty No security all doors to get in hotel open all the time Pillows smell
This hotel is in dire need of a renovation. We reserved two rooms, and both were dirty, particularly the sinks and bathtubs, which not only had stains, but also the kind of grime that builds up when it hasn't been scrubbed in weeks. The rooms smelled of smoke. The public areas were dirty and worn, and the outdoor areas were bleak and poorly maintained.
Great place to stay kids loved the pool and they had a great little breakfast for all the guests beds very comfortable abs customer service was excellent
The hotel was rundown and dirty. There were bugs flying in the microwave in the room.
One of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed at. The smell and conditions of this hotel is terrible. It needs to be leveled. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
When I first arrived, hairs all around bathroom, sink and tub not clean. Tub full of mold around faucet. No coffee cups or coffee next to coffee maker. Air conditioner did not blow COLD air. Next day came into room after meeting and new roll of toilet paper in bathroom, dirty towel from floor folded and placed on TOILET, bed NOT made, but I did get coffee and cups!!!
Sheets, linens stained. Moldy carrot under bed, rooom not cleaned. Staff did their best to provide new linens. They need comment cleaning staff to do their job.
Normally, I check reviews before booking. This was a last minute sort of booking and limited availability elsewhere, so I just went with Ramada. I’ve had good luck with Ramada in the past, but this particular Ramada is WAY below the standards of any Ramada I’ve ever stayed in before. It’s below the standards of even the cheapest chain hotels. Guaranteed to disappoint.
The room was clean which is important. Front desk lady was friendly, no issues. I gave four starts and not five because the lobby and inside the hotel looks dated and old. It is classified as three star hotel but it really is two or two and a half the most. But view that the price was ok and I needed for just a night it was ok. It is very close to Corning as I was visiting the Museum of Glass.
The hotel smelled funky, the shower wall had obvious water damage
No elevator. Room on second floor. Nothing special about the place. It was okay.
Not bad at all. Clean room, shampoo, soap, lotion and shower cap are provided. Lotion smells good.
The property was clean and basic. I must say the room was very cold, I turned heat to 86 the highest possible and it was still freezing in the room. Breakfast seemed to be okay, but later I got sick. So, I am not sure it was the hotel or not.
The hotel need renovation! facility is very old. not worthy the money.
Back foyer was musty. Room wasn't musty and was very clean. We would stay here again.
The stay was pleasant from the start. The staff was welcoming and the room was very nice. Breakfast was better than we had expected. The location was great. We extended our stay just because we could.
Always stay here when in area. Nice place to stay!
Older motel, but clean rooms, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Would definitely recommend!
