Owner Mr Honk very help helpful and friendly, the property only five minutes to walking street, atmosphere around hotel very peaceful , quiet . It was so relaxing after long day . Truly recommend going to this hotel P.S. breakfast 👍, order to make not buffet style. Fresh and hot.👏👏👏

Fantastic family at the resort. We felt welcome and relaxed and they made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect spot, quiet surrounded by farms yet 7 minutes walk to the action of the walking street. Only reason for not a full five star is the pool was not working, green and murky. We where the only guests for our stay, relaxing.

Nice Boutique Hotel in a Great Location

Set in a quiet, semi rural location, this resort is across the river from Pai. It’s a pleasant 15 minute walk to Walking Street. We were upgraded to a poolside room (we were the only guests during most of our stay). The staff were very kind and helped us with a couple of special requests.

The location is a short walk to town which was great as we didn’t have to manoeuvre our scooter at night when the road is closed for the Night Market. The property is well appointed and very relaxing in its location, style and service. The staff to out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast can be ordered, lots of variety in choice and very fresh. Can’t wait to return!

Best of both worlds w attention to detail Best location I have found in Pai. Minute to town but over the river and next to a farm field and rice paddies. Phenomenal breakfast. We are repeat guests.

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay and so close to Walking st. Even though the bamboo bridges had been washed away a few days before we arrived, the staff, notably Noong ( sorry if i spelled his name incorrectly) and Jonathan were more than happy to run you into town and pick you up. All the staff were so sweet and accommodating. And the breakfast menu was delicious. Would recommend Zen House to travelers who love a little lux and attention to detail.

Walk to centre of town 2 minutes but in quite location away from bar noise. Staff freindly and went out of their to assist when asked. Clean and modern facilities. Only downside was no restaurant but food close and cheap and good

Perfect for a chilled time in Pai

Owners are really nice and keep the place spotless. Breakfast is delicious with lots of choice, pool is very chilled after a day out in Pai and the location is great - walk away from the main walking street, but little further by scooter since you need to bike round to the main road. We went in low season and practically had the place to ourselves. Very zen indeed!

Very friendly and helpful staff and a very comfortable hotel for the area. The location is an easy walk into town and you cross a bamboo bridge. Lots if places to eat in town and the hotel also has a lovely free breakfast. The hotel staff will pick you up at the airport and take you back again. We flew Wisdom Air which is a very small plane, but allows you to avoid the longer bus ride. Pai is a small quaint town, and we found the slower pace a delight.

Nice boutique hotel

I was staying at another hotel in Pai the night before and because it was in the middle of town centre, it was too noisy at night. Therefore I booked this hotel thinking this is a bit away from the town so it would be quiet. But the night I was staying, maybe because it's the full moon night, someone was having a party nearby and all night long, they were having very loud music and singing and talking so I could not get any sleep! Also that night was really cold and the blanket in the room was only very thin, probably just a summer blanket and there's no extra blanket in the room. I was freezing cold the whole night even though I put my jacket on and socks on. That's why the next day, even though I've already paid for two nights, I checked out of this hotel and booked into another hotel far away from town!
