Our stay was relaxing and quiet. The views of the mountains from our room and the pool were great! We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the staff were friendly. Would stay here again

Really lovely stay at Yoma, lovely views from the room and the pool. Shuttle service was excellent and even drove us to pick up a bag left in the restaurant at the end of their shift. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location

beautiful hotel set in the most gorgeous surroundings. The best was so so comfy, the comfiest by far we have stayed in all of south east asia. The pool was so lovely with a great view. My only complaint would be that when we arrived the pool was out of use for 1 and a half days which was a shame, but out of the hotels control i’m sure.

I would have given a five star rating but I was not happy with the front desk staff, face of the hotel for the guests. The front desk staff need a remedial customer service training.

Great place except for front desk staff aloofness.

Beautiful hotel, great location albeit a bit remote but twice we got complementary hotel transport. The only drawback is the aloofness of front desk staff who told us hotel was full next day when we asked to extend our stay. After we booked elsewhere we realized they still had room via booking site. When we told them, they really didn’t seem to care. Too bad!

One of the newer hotels ,great shower,bed, breakfast, hotel grounds well kept and set out, Bad points ,noisy being close to main road and several weekend hotel guests coming home in the early hours,didn't get a lot of sleep..

Poor layout of hotel left for terrible sleep.

I stay in Pai frequently because I have family here. I have positive experiences in all of the hotels. Each of my two stays have been negative at Yoma Hotel. My first stay at Yoma Hotel was in 2015 and our room was infested with bed bugs. I stayed at Yoma again just recently in 2019 and had another negative experience. This time we were awaken at early in the morning to the sound of chairs, dishes, and people talking/coughing. We were shocked to realize that the eating area was directly above us. The sound of people pushing and pulling their chairs, dishes and utensils, people speaking and coughing made us unable to sleep. (See pictures) I would not recommend staying at Yoma Hotel.

the hotel and pool was very nice and clean ,the veiws from the room was stunning .The staff and the breakfast let it down .the staff were unfriendly and miserable and there were loads of room for improvement on the breakfast .
