Victor was great. Very responsive. The house was nice plenty of room for us and all the amenities we needed. The hot tub was awesome after skiing. WiFi is spotty but they tell you that. Worked fine after a reset. Lots of games to play there, plenty of blankets and pillows. Beds were very comfortable. The views were amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will stay again.

This was a lovely place, especially since we were rained in our entire stay. There was lots of entertain us- games for our kids, football streaming, a hot tub with a beautiful view and more! The kitchen is well stocked. The mattresses are fine but a foam top would go a long way. There was issues with the fridge that they were very quick to respond to. Communication was seamless. This is a duplex which was not clear to me when booking. The layout is nice though, so all you own private spaces outdoor and no bedrooms share walls as their is a garage in between two sides. The spot has excellent sunrises and sunsets and place to enjoy inside and out. Would definitely stay again. I was with my infant, 3 and 5 year olds and they loved it. Photo below is right outside the home.

The property was very clean and well taking care of. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The guys had a great time fishing and lots of games to entertain. It was nice having the NFL channel to watch Sunday football. The hot tub was also very clean. It was great to relax in the evenings watching the sunset cooking on the barbecue grill overseen the lake. Overall fantastic house and host. We will definitely visit again next year.

A little disappointed but was relaxing.
I am grateful for the opportunity to stay at this property. I know when I booked this property, I knew what exactly what I was looking for. I know I read there was a hot tub. There was a hot tub, but it was not ready. I did reach out to the property manager, and I was called, and it was stated that that when I booked the advertisement stated hot tub coming soon. I was told that the manager changed the advertisement three days prior to us speaking. If it was changed there should have been a working hot tub but we only had a working hot tub for one day and a quarter during our stay. I was disappointed because I knew exactly what I was looking for when booking. I did have another problem the dryer did not work. I did let the property manager know and they were always quick to get back to me. I was given the code to the property next door to use the dryer, After I told my husband we chose not to use the next-door property I was worried that if I went in there and something happened that i had no part of, I would be blamed and that scared me. I did not want to open myself up for any unnecessary scrutiny or charged for anything I did not do. Other than that, it was a beautiful place to stay, and I do believe that they were trying to make our stay the best it could be. I also feel that if we are charged a hefty fee for and we leave it very clean it should be charged and get a little back off the cleaning fee. Per the fine print we are to leave the property very clean and I did.

The perfect family getaway
Even if I tried, I can not think of one negative thing or issue with our stay in Pagosa Springs at the Hot Toddy. The house was just the right size, it was comfortable, well stocked with ALL things and had the best morning and evening views. I could not soak it all in fast enough. The teens had a wonderful time playing games, the husband was in heaven fishing and catching his very first trout. The littles loved the yard games in the sun room, and I really enjoyed watching the wildlife from the patio. Colorado is like a second home to us to get away from Texas every now and again, and the Hot Toddy in Pasoga Springs will be number one on our list to come back to time and time again. Thank you again to the host for allowing us to make memories in your home.

The "Hot Toddy" was a great place to stay for 5 friends to get together and disconnect from the buzz of the world. With a beautiful view overlooking the lake, quiet surroundings, great amenities, and plenty of space, staying at the Hot Toddy was absolutely a highlight of our trip to lovely Pagosa Springs, CO.

This house was exacly what was listed. For winter it was cool in the house which is why every room had self heaters. One room had a celing heater which worked great. The pantry was filled with plenty of everyday things to use. We hope to use this in the the summer some time.

Nice clean property with plenty of activities
Overall, we had a great stay. The owners provided paddle boards, a kayak, life vests, and plenty of games and activities. Great stay for our family and iTrips management was helpful and responsive. Our only issue was my fault, which is that I did not notice in the description there is no central AC, which, normally would have been fine, but it was particularly warm during the week we stayed there. That's certainly not on the owners, though. The lake is lovely and it's only about 5 miles from downtown Pegosa Springs.

Great place to stay!
Lovely house, very clean and organized and we had everything we needed. Only big discrepancy we found is the company’s rating system. 5 stars means you had a great time and 4 means you didn’t enjoy it, which feels biased. Anyway, the lake was awesome!!

Great Property
Quiet location with great views of lake and mountains from back porch and fire pit. Has everything you need, very nice and clean and looks as good or better in person than in the pictures. Was well situated for us to be able to drive to trail heads and to town. Note that it isn’t connected to a neighborhood, which is no problem unless you plan to walk through a neighborhood from your front door. Fire pit is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. Would definitely book again.

Incredible! Must stay!
Wow! What an amazing experience staying on Lake Hatcher. Not only is the location of being on the lake amazing, but let me tell you about the amenities! 2 stand up paddle boards, 1 kayak, tubes for the river, fire pit, dart board, ski ball, arcade game, movies galore, and more. We had 3 children with us ages 14, 12, and 10 and they loved it. So long story short, this is a must stay in Pagosa Springs. We cannot say enough good things.

In need of repairs
The way all the pictures looked on the vrbo website was deceiving due to we thought the house sat right near the water and you could fish off the back yard. Well the incline was alot steeper than it looked and I had our elderly parents with us which was now inconvenient to have to drive to another area to fish. The rain we chose this place was due to convenience for them. We mentioned many items that were broken like leaky faucets and leaky sun room when it rained as well as a refrigerator handle that would fall off when touched. All of which the renters knew about but rented even though not fixed. They also failed to mention the items needing fixing.
Needless to say I was very disappointed and would not stay there again.

Girls trip in Pagosa Springs!
Our group of 5 ladies stayed at the Hot Toddy for two nights and we wished we had booked it for at least one more night to take advantage of all the amenities. We came down to spend a day at the hot springs which was very close by. The property was adorable, comfortable, clean and had beautiful scenery. We loved our trip so much and would definitely come back to this property on our next trip to Pagosa.
