Beautiful location. House had many comforts for family vacation, especially games were super fun. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. Steps down to the lake would be very helpful for families with young children- currently the hill is dirt and a little slippery. Fishing right off the back of the house was a favorite for our family. Few things could be improved to make it 5/5 rental. Master bedroom bedding should be replaced as there were stains and appeared well used although there were tons of other blankets we were able to use for bedding. Few spider webs, and minor cleaning such as light switches could be more tidy.

Victor was great. Very responsive. The house was nice plenty of room for us and all the amenities we needed. The hot tub was awesome after skiing. WiFi is spotty but they tell you that. Worked fine after a reset. Lots of games to play there, plenty of blankets and pillows. Beds were very comfortable. The views were amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will stay again.

Everything was great! House was stocked with all the essentials and lots of games! Our family fished our little hearts out and we all enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful views. LOVED the bedding in the Master! We will be back to Pagosa Springs "Hot Toddy!"

The property was very clean and well taking care of. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The guys had a great time fishing and lots of games to entertain. It was nice having the NFL channel to watch Sunday football. The hot tub was also very clean. It was great to relax in the evenings watching the sunset cooking on the barbecue grill overseen the lake. Overall fantastic house and host. We will definitely visit again next year.

Absolutely wonderful!

We were able to have our very small wedding at the home out on the deck and it was an incredible weekend! We rented both sides of the house which allowed us to enjoy our family all weekend . The home was super cozy with gorgeous views and the host was wonderful to work with.

Pagosa Springs weekly stay

This lakehouse was SO clean and the owner had everything stocked up! Beautiful Lake Hatcher view and so.close to town without the noise of the city! Location was great! Rooms were amazing and comfortable ! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely quiet getaway

The "Hot Toddy" was a great place to stay for 5 friends to get together and disconnect from the buzz of the world. With a beautiful view overlooking the lake, quiet surroundings, great amenities, and plenty of space, staying at the Hot Toddy was absolutely a highlight of our trip to lovely Pagosa Springs, CO.

Great getaway for the family

This was exactly what we needed for our family getaway. Quiet area, beautiful scenery. The lake was an easy walk down the hill from the house and the property was close to a great intermediate hike.

Short getaway

Stayed here for a few nights during the week. Great place to stay right on the lake. Cabin had great views was well set up and made for a great place to stay. Would definitely return.

Amazing Getaway

We loved our quick getaway. The peaceful lake was perfect for relaxing and even a bit of paddle boarding and kayaking. The house had everything we needed for an enjoyable visit and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

Great place to stay.

We loved staying at the Hot Toddy! The views are amazing, and the house has everything you could possibly need. They have a paddleboard you can use, which I took advantage of. We enjoyed the patio during the day and then the fireplace at night. We will definitely stay again next year.

Nice house on the lake

We enjoyed staying in this home. It was nice and private, with a lovely lake to enjoy just steps away. Had nice rooms and space perfect for our family of four. Close enough to town but also near lovely mountains, lakes and streams.

Family reunion

The duplex was very clean and comfortable and decorated so cute. The kids loved the skeeball and air hockey. We all really enjoyed the paddle boards too. We fished and hiked and visited downtown PS. A really fantastic place to stay!!

Beautiful Home

Home had everything we needed. Beautiful views. Perfect location. Home was well stocked with everything we needed. Paddle boards were an added bonus!
