This 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home sleeps up to 5 adults on 2 queen beds and 1 full size fold-down bed. Perched high on a hill (Pedro Point) this custom home is on 2 levels (1 bedrooms upstairs, 1 downstairs, also 1 office upstairs but be aware bi-fold doors don't offer total sound proofing and privacy) and has a very private backyard area with more stunning ocean views. Included BBQ and fire pit.
Other things to note:
Please note this is the owners primary residence so some personal effects will be visible. Also, the owners do have a dog who lives here full time.

Great location- amenities

Clean and tidy rental. Great views and open floor plan to enjoy them. House was a tad warm in the evenings - we purchased fans to help with air flow. Screens on doors- porches would allow for opening and the evening cool air and winds to cool the house. Seemed as if this is a full time residence with all the clothing and stored closet items. We enjoyed the stay for our short time.
