The room was clean. The bed was too soft, and so were the pillows, but that was the least of our troubles. The sofa was too low to stand up from.
The parking lot was way too small to park my parents' handicapped van. Their reservation was for a handicapped room, with a roll in shower. Not only wasn't it a roll in shower, there were no safety protocols at all. No bars in the shower or next to the toilet, and the space between the sink vanity and the toilet was not ADA compliant.
We called for a shower chair, prior to leaving for the evening. While we were out, housekeeping dropped off the chair, but did not close the door behind them, leaving our belongings unsecured.
