The Dawn Beach Club consists of 100 dedicated three bedroom units, located just steps away from St. Maarten's Dawn Beach, on the same property as the JW Marriott St. Maarten Beach Resort. This posting is for rental of one of the three-bedroom units. The unit can be booked Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday only. Amenities include flat-screen TVs, spacious dining areas, balconies, luxurious bathrooms, washer/dryer, and gourmet kitchen (with basic supplies and cooking essentials). You have access to the Beach Club Pool, restaurant, swim-up bar, fitness center, and you are steps from a beautiful beach with lounge chairs. The island has a diverse selection of outdoor activities, including water sports, horseback riding, zip lining, relaxing on the beaches, and a variety of shopping and dining options. On this beautiful island, you are a quick drive away from everything the Dutch and French sides have to offer.
