THIS IS FOR PRIME HOLIDAY WEEK 7 February 15 – 22, 2020 (or another week with approval). I upgraded from Building D to BUILDING C (CORNER UNIT but not guaranteed any particular unit) at the beautiful Dawn Beach Club, St. Maarten with spectacular views of the Caribbean sea and St. Barts. This property is located on the Eastern Dutch side. Guests will enjoy accommodations with a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, spacious living areas, 2 full baths, tremendous walk-in closet in master bedroom, laundry room, FULL kitchen including dish washer, TOTALING 1,800 SQUARE FEET. Master bedroom has super comfy KING Westin bed, 2 other bedrooms have Queen beds and a pull out in the living room. We have the largest oceanfront freshwater pool with a swim-up bar on the island. The island has a diverse selection of outdoor activities, including water sports, horseback riding, zip lining, shopping, relaxing on the beaches and SO MUCH MORE. St. Martin is the culinary capital of the Caribbean. Chefs at the island's gourmet restaurants combine local traditions and local ingredients with their European savoir-faire. NUMEROUS fantastic restaurants to choose from.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe. Limited housekeeping is available.
