i stay at a number of Hotels & i'd not been to one like this for sometime. Unfortunately the bedroom felt dirty or smell of smoke & the shower barely worked. Breakfast wasn't greatly presented. Chef brought me couple of really hard fried eggs. Overall just not good experience.

The hotel was clean but the noise was very loud. You can hear people from upstairs walking , stamping , plus the corridor was loud when people are foing past and doors opening and closing. The cleaners was not so quiet during their work. We had a really bad experience. My 2 year old kept getting up and crying due to noise and being scared. Hoping for a refund but they have not commented
