A cosy cedar chalet on peaceful land to the rear of Owhango village overlooking Tongariro forest. Sleeps up to 6. Only 25 mins to ski fields; 15 mins to Tongariro crossing bus shuttle at National Park village or I can shuttle from the house. Nearby Ohinetonga reserve is famed for trout fishing, rare whio whio blue ducks and swim holes. Also directly on Te Araroa long distance trail. 15 mins to Taumaranui town. Owhango has a delish cafe too! Pricing is for up to 4 persons.
For entertainment, guests can enjoy Smart TVs. Other amenities include kitchens, washing machines, and 1.5 bathrooms. Change of towels is available on request.
