Room was not cleaned and had to ask for coffee for the next morning. Room was also very hot and had a slight smell in it when we arrived.

A nice motel with everything you need. Very clean and staff were very friendly. Close to shopping and dining. The casino is right there with a very nice restaurant. We were very pleased with our visit

My initial check in when as expected. I was given a key card and told my room number was 122. Upon entering the assigned room there was another guests belongings in the room. Thankfully the guest was not there. I went back to the front desk and the guest representative was quite apologetic but then tried to give me another room key for Room 122. I pointed this out and his response was that he had given me a room key for Room 120. I had texted my sister after receiving the first room number as she was meeting me. It took some persistance to get the Rep to believe me. He then gave me the Room Card for Room 124. The room was fine. But unfortunately didn’t sleep well as I was then feeling anxious as a woman traveling alone that someone might be given a room key to my room and someone would try and enter. Won’t be recommending this hotel or staying here again.

Went for a snowmobile trip , staff was friendly and allowed us to check in hours early to change into our gear before heading out for the day .

We arrived late, and were given a room that wasn’t clean, bed unmade etc.. we called and he came right away and was very apologetic. He provided us with a clean n better room. It was great. Tks

Needs updating No hairdryer even though with king room it was supposed to be in the room . No one to ask for help at front desk or on the room phone to the front desk. This was at 9:00 am
