The check in time took way to long people were waiting and hour, zero parking to the entrance of the building had to park in lower area to begin the evening. None of the activities were open after being checked in. And after multiple attempts to contact the hotel regarding and request to move the weekend because of a family emergency wasn’t able to it wasn’t allowed move it my wife and I drove there stay had dinner and left at 10 the next day to be home. So I wasn’t really happy about the situation and will not be booking again until some of your policies change.

checked in and could not get into the room, key card kept flashing red. Went to front desk 2 times, very busy, they did something to card tried again, same thing happened. But this time we tried knocking on door and we heard someone on the other side of the door. So the room was already had someone else in it. Its a good thing we didn't get in. At this point we are very frustrated, 1 hour later went back down to lobby and cancelled. They ruin our stay. This Hotel is supposed to be a 1st class hotel advertised all over the world and they are far from 1st class. Very disappointing.
