As usual, the team delivers and big too. Between great service, excellent rooming and the fallicious menu, we could not go wrong. Mountain coaster passes and exclusive hiking passes were on offer this year. Like I said, the team delivers!

I stayed at Seasons at Blue. Room was very clean. Also, Jessica from reception treated me to a bottle of wine for my birthday. That was nice but I was unhappy about the pool and hot tub was said to be under maintenance but a sign at the property said it was only available to owners of the units.

we had a surprise upgrade to a bigger room with a full kitchen. That was amazing to kick off the stay. The room was beautiful and cozy. insanely clean. came with dishes and utensils and everything. Staff were great too. Very kind. Hot tub in our hotel was down but we had access to another building's which was nice to make available. we had such an amazing time. A little more expensive but very much worth it compared to staying at a holiday inn or the like. We can't wait for our next visit!

The walls are very thin, and there were hockey teams staying in the resort for a tournament, but the staff relocated us to a quieter area. First room was very dated, but second room much better. Room didn’t get made, so had to ask for fresh towels and body wash. Parking was good and close to everything. Would go back, but ask for one of the quieter buildings.

I had reservations for two rooms, the receptionist gave me two rooms far away from each other, she told me this it closest possible, after 20 minutes after I was complained the other girl show me 3 different rooms on the same floor. Really was not good at all.

Excellent from start to finish. Room was great and received an upgrade upon check-in. They also send popcorn up to our room for my son’s birthday, along with a card. Staff were great, location is super convenient and the room was impeccably clean. Great experience and highly recommend coming this time of year. Rates are reasonable and it’s much quieter than usual.
