Room was great and roomy had an issue with the AC not working in one of the rooms but was quickly fixed after calling the front desk to have someone come up to fix it. If you don’t plan on leaving the village it’s well worth the stay

Absolutely brutal to get from under ground parking to room with one functioning elevator for lord knows how many rooms (a lot). The package wristband included in your expensive parking fee gets you very little, everywhere we lined up we were told we would have to pay additional fees

At lot of little issues: No front desk staff at Wieder Lodge. Hot tub and pool were closed. One of the two elevators was out of service. There was no housekeeping unless you ask for it. Plus the Spartan run was ongoing, limiting access to the plaza.

Overall property was amazing. We had a wonderful time. Only a couple of minor things i think they can improve on is the quality on the bed sheets and the temperature in the hall way. It was very cold. But dont make this deter you. It was an excellent lodge.
